The sun had long since set over the countryside estate, and the only light left in the guest bedroom came from a small lamp on the nightstand. Lily, a shy teenage girl with a head full of curly brown hair, was getting ready for bed after a long day of exploring the countryside with her aunt, Victoria. She slipped into a soft cotton nightgown and climbed into the large four-poster bed, her mind still racing with the day's adventures.
Just as she was about to drift off to sleep, the door to the bedroom creaked open and Victoria entered, carrying a large, mysterious package wrapped in brown paper. Victoria was a striking woman, with long blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. She had always been a bit of a wild card, and Lily couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nervousness whenever she was around.
"Looks like someone's ready for bed," Victoria said, giving Lily a playful insult. "Such a prude, always hiding behind your books."
Lily blushed, feeling a little embarrassed. "I'm not a prude, I just... I don't know, I guess I just like to read."
Victoria chuckled and placed the package on the bed. "Well, maybe this will help you loosen up a bit. I got it as a little surprise for you."
