The sun had barely risen when Aunt Suzi burst into Kai's room, flinging open the curtains and letting in a blinding stream of light. Kai groaned and pulled the pillow over his head, trying to block out the intrusion.
"Come on, lazybones," Aunt Suzi said cheerfully. "Dr. Evans is expecting us in an hour. You don't want to keep her waiting, do you?"
Kai sat up and rubbed his eyes, still half-asleep. "Do I have to go?" he mumbled.

Kai sighed and got out of bed, making his way to the bathroom. He started his usual morning routine, applying his makeup and painting his nails with careful strokes. Aunt Suzi watched him from the doorway, a smirk on her face.
"You're such a hairless wonder," she said, shaking her head. "I don't know how you manage to stay so smooth all the time."
Kai rolled his eyes. "And you're such a bossy boots," he retorted. "Always telling me what to do."
Aunt Suzi chuckled. "Someone has to keep you in line, smooth operator."
They arrived at the doctor's office a few minutes later, and were led to the examination room. Kai felt a twinge of anxiety as he undressed, revealing his shaved body. He had always been self-conscious about his smooth skin, but Aunt Suzi had always encouraged him to embrace his uniqueness.
Dr. Evans, a middle-aged woman with a no-nonsense attitude, examined Kai's body with a clinical detachment. She made detailed notes on her clipboard, occasionally asking Kai questions about his health.
