Chapter One
The sun beat down on the abandoned part of Olympus, casting long shadows over the overgrown bushes and crumbling ruins. Hephaestus, the god of fire and metalworking, trudged through the abandoned area, his dark eyes scanning the surroundings. Poseidon, the god of the sea, walked beside him, his face pale and drawn.
Hephaestus noticed Poseidon's distraught expression and asked, "What's wrong, brother? You look like you've seen a ghost."
Poseidon hesitated for a moment before saying, "I watched the security footage from last night. Zeus...he and Scarlet...it's not good, Hephaestus."
Hephaestus's eyes widened in shock. "What do you mean? Is she alright?"
Poseidon shook his head. "I'm not sure. From what I saw, it didn't look good. We need to find her."
The two gods continued to search the abandoned area, calling out Scarlet's name. Hephaestus's mind raced with worry and anger. How could Zeus do something like this to their own sister?
Suddenly, Hephaestus spotted a glimmer of white hair through the bushes. He rushed over and found Scarlet lying on the ground, unconscious and with a broken leg. Hephaestus gently lifted Scarlet's pale, albino skin and saw the bone protruding from her knee. Rage consumed him as he thought about how his own brother could do something so cruel.
Poseidon joined Hephaestus and they both stared at Scarlet's injured leg in disbelief.
Hephaestus turned to Poseidon and said, "We need to get her out of here and tend to her injury."
Poseidon nodded in agreement and they carefully lifted Scarlet off the ground. As they made their way back to the main part of Olympus, Hephaestus couldn't help but think about how Scarlet had been treated by her own family.
He turned to Poseidon and said, "I can't believe Zeus did this to her. She was supposed to be the ruler of Olympus, not him."
Poseidon responded with a humorously sarcastic tone, "Yeah, because Zeus is just the most humble and selfless god out there."
Hephaestus chuckled at Poseidon's remark, but his smile quickly faded as he thought about Scarlet's current state.
They finally made it back to the main part of Olympus and laid Scarlet down on a bed. Hephaestus turned to Poseidon and said, "We need to gather the other gods and tell them what really happened to Scarlet. It's time for Zeus's reign to end."
Poseidon nodded in agreement. "I'll go gather the others. You stay here and tend to Scarlet."
Hephaestus nodded and set to work, using his powers to heal Scarlet's broken leg. As he worked, he couldn't help but think about the future of Olympus and the role Scarlet would play in it. He vowed to do everything in his power to make sure she got the respect and treatment she deserved.
