Nick was sprawled out on the couch, his textbooks and notebooks spread out in front of him. He was supposed to be studying for his math test tomorrow, but his mind kept wandering. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, trying to refocus.
Just as he was about to dive back into his studies, the door to the living room creaked open. In walked Kaylee, all of five years old, clutching her teddy bear tightly to her chest.
"Hey there, kiddo," Nick said, smiling at the little girl. "What's up?"
Kaylee skipped over to the couch, her eyes wide and curious. "Wanna play a game with me, Nick?" she asked, her voice full of excitement.
Nick shook his head. "Sorry, Kaylee. I've got a lot of work to do. Maybe later, okay?"
Kaylee pouted, her bottom lip sticking out in a cute little moue. "You're such a party pooper," she grumbled, crossing her arms over her chest.
Nick chuckled. "Go find something else to do, okay? I need to concentrate."
But Kaylee was not one to give up easily. She started pulling faces and making silly noises, trying to distract Nick from his work. Nick tried to ignore her, but it was no use. He couldn't help but laugh at her antics.
"Okay, okay," he said, holding up his hands in surrender. "You win. What do you want to play?"
Kaylee's face lit up. "I wanna see what you're working on!" she exclaimed, climbing up onto the couch next to Nick.
Nick hesitated. He didn't want to explain math problems to a five-year-old. But Kaylee was already reaching for his notebook, her eyes eager and curious.
"Fine," Nick said, sighing. "But it's just boring grown-up stuff, okay?"
He showed her a page of math problems, expecting her to lose interest. But to his surprise, Kaylee's face didn't fall. Instead, she looked at the page for a few moments, her eyes scanning the numbers and symbols.
"That's easy," she said, picking up Nick's pencil and starting to solve the problems.
Nick watched in amazement as Kaylee quickly solved the problems, her small hand moving confidently across the page. When she was done, she looked up at Nick, a smug smile on her face.
"See? I told you it was easy," she said, handing the pencil back to Nick.
Nick was impressed. "How did you learn to do that?" he asked, his voice full of admiration.
Kaylee shrugged. "I don't know. I just know how to do it, I guess."
Nick shook his head, still in awe. "You're a genius, Kaylee," he said, smiling at the little girl.
But Kaylee didn't seem to be listening. She was already reaching for the buttons on Nick's shirt, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
"What are you doing?" Nick asked, trying to push her hands away.
But Kaylee was determined. She started kissing Nick's neck and chest, giggling as she did so. Nick was caught off guard. He didn't know how to react. He was only fourteen, and this was his little sister's best friend.
"Kaylee, stop," he said, trying to reason with her. "This isn't a game. You need to go play with your toys."
But Kaylee wasn't listening. She was too focused on her new game. She reached for Nick's pants, her movements becoming more bold and confident.
Nick realized where this was going. He quickly stood up, causing Kaylee to fall to the floor.
"Hey!" she exclaimed, looking up at him with a hurt expression.
Nick took a deep breath, trying to calm down. "Kaylee, we can't play that game," he said, his voice gentle but firm. "It's not appropriate."
Kaylee looked at him for a moment, her eyes wide and curious. Then she nodded, understanding dawning in her eyes.
"Okay," she said, standing up and dusting herself off. "I'll go play with my toys now."
Nick watched as she skipped out of the room, her teddy bear clutched tightly to her chest. He shook his head, still in shock over what had just happened.
He couldn't believe that a five-year-old had just tried to seduce him. And he couldn't believe how he had reacted. He felt a mix of shock and excitement, and he didn't know what to do with it.
He sat back down on the couch, his mind still reeling. He knew he needed to focus on his homework, but he couldn't shake off the memory of Kaylee's lips on his skin.
He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. This was going to be a long night.
