Band of Dark Intentions: Where the Shy Femboy Learns to Rock and Roll with the Punches

Chapter One: First Rehearsal

The garage door creaked open, revealing a dimly lit interior filled with the motley assortment of instruments and equipment that could only belong to a band. A figure stood in the doorway, hesitating for a moment before stepping inside.

"Hey, you must be Andy!"

The figure jumped, startled, as a tall, muscular woman emerged from the shadows. She extended a hand, a playful grin on her face.

"Rox. Lead guitarist and resident asshole."

Andy blushed, taking Rox's hand and giving it a tentative shake. "N-nice to meet you," they stammered.

Rox chuckled, letting go of Andy's hand. "Don't be nervous, kid. We're not gonna bite... unless you want us to."

Andy's blush deepened, and they hurried to set up their drum kit, avoiding Rox's piercing gaze. The other band members introduced themselves as they set up their own instruments: Jules, the confident and sassy bassist, and Casey, the quiet and mysterious keyboardist.

As they worked, Rox circled around Andy, eyeing them with a mixture of curiosity and amusement. "So, you're the one who's gonna be banging those drums for us, huh?" she said, her voice low and teasing.

Andy flinched, missing a beat as they tightened a drumhead. "I-I'll do my best," they mumbled.

Jules rolled her eyes, coming over to show Andy some basic drumming techniques. "Don't mind Rox," she said, her voice brusque but not unkind. "She's all bark and no bite."

Andy nodded, trying to focus on Jules' instructions. But it was hard to concentrate with Rox's constant playful insults and Casey's quiet, watchful presence.

Finally, they were ready to start. Rox led the band in playing a fast and heavy song, and Andy struggled to keep up with the fast tempo. Jules and Casey gave them encouraging looks, while Rox continued to tease them.

"Come on, kid, you can do better than that!" she called out, her voice taunting but not unkind.

Andy gritted their teeth, determined to prove themselves. They focused on the beat, letting it flow through them and carry them along. And slowly, they started to find their rhythm.

During the break, Andy offered to get everyone drinks. Jules and Casey accepted, but Rox declined, her arms crossed as she watched Andy with a smirk.

"You don't have to wait on us, you know," she said, her voice dry. "We're not princesses."

Andy flushed, stammering out a response. "I-I just wanted to help," they said, their voice small.

Rox's smirk softened into a genuine smile. "I know. But you don't have to prove anything to us, okay? We're on your side."

Andy nodded, feeling a warmth spread through them at Rox's words. They busied themselves getting drinks for Jules and Casey, grateful for the distraction.

When they returned, Jules and Casey struck up a conversation with Andy, asking about their background and musical influences. Andy blushed and stuttered, unable to answer confidently.

Rox joined the conversation, and the playful insults continued. Andy tried to defend themselves, but their shyness got the best of them.

"Aww, come on, kid. Don't be so sensitive," Rox said, her voice gentle. "We're just messing with you."

Andy nodded, trying to relax. But they couldn't shake the feeling that Rox was flirting with them, just a little.

The band resumed rehearsal, and Rox led them in playing a slower and more sensual song. Andy felt their heart racing as they played, and the other band members exchanged playful glances.

As the song came to a close, Rox complimented Andy on their improvement. Andy blushed, feeling a sense of accomplishment.

"See? I told you you could do it," Jules said, grinning.

Casey nodded, giving Andy a nod of approval. "You've got potential," she said, her voice quiet but sincere.

The band took another break, and Jules and Casey offered to help Andy with their drumming skills. Rox declined, saying that she preferred Andy's "raw" and "unpolished" style.

Andy felt a mix of confusion and excitement as they realized that Rox might be flirting with them. Jules and Casey noticed and exchanged knowing looks.

The band resumed rehearsal, and Rox led them in playing a seductive and sensual song. Andy felt their heart racing as they played, and the other band members exchanged playful glances.

As the song came to a close, the garage was filled with the sound of instruments being packed away and goodbyes being said. Andy felt a sense of belonging and excitement for what's to come.

"See you at the next rehearsal, kid," Rox said, her voice soft.

Andy nodded, watching as Rox sauntered out of the garage. They couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement at the thought of seeing her again.

Maybe this band thing wouldn't be so bad after all.
