Davina strode up the long, winding driveway of Gabriel's mansion, her fiery red hair billowing in the wind. She couldn't help but roll her eyes at the extravagance of it all. This was going to be an interesting job, that was for sure.
As she rang the doorbell, she heard the sound of footsteps approaching. The door swung open to reveal Gabriel, a muscular man with white hair and piercing blue eyes. Davina's breath hitched in her throat as she took him in. He was undeniably handsome, but there was something about him that made her bristle.
"You must be Davina," Gabriel said, his voice smooth and confident. "I'm Gabriel, Mikey's father."
"Nice to meet you," Davina replied, trying to keep the sarcasm out of her voice. "I'm here to be the nanny. Although, I'm not sure why anyone would need a nanny in a place this big."
Gabriel chuckled. "Well, Mikey can be a handful. And I have to admit, I'm not the best with kids. I need someone who can keep him in line."
Davina raised an eyebrow. "I see. And you think I'm the one to do that?"
Gabriel's eyes twinkled. "I have a feeling you're just the person I've been looking for."
The two of them exchanged playful insults as they got to know each other, and Davina found herself surprisingly enjoying Gabriel's company. He was smart and witty, and he didn't seem intimidated by her strength and confidence. In fact, it seemed to only make him more attracted to her.
As the day went on, Gabriel found himself falling for Davina. He was drawn to her fiery spirit and the way she challenged him. He couldn't keep his eyes off of her, and he found himself constantly seeking her out.
Davina, meanwhile, was trying to keep her distance from Gabriel. She knew it was a bad idea to get involved with her boss, but she couldn't help being drawn to him as well. She found herself constantly bumping into him, and the chemistry between them was undeniable.
That night, Gabriel couldn't sleep. He found himself pacing in his bedroom, unable to shake thoughts of Davina from his mind. He heard a noise outside and looked out the window to see Davina, unable to sleep as well.
Without thinking, he rushed out of his room and found Davina in the hallway. They began to talk, and the chemistry between them was palpable. They couldn't resist the pull any longer and ended up having passionate sex.
Afterwards, Davina tried to leave, but Gabriel stopped her. He wanted her to stay, to be with him. Davina was hesitant. She knew she should leave, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. She agreed to stay, but only for the night.
The next morning, Davina woke up in Gabriel's arms. She knew she should regret what happened, but she couldn't bring herself to. She looked at Gabriel, and he smiled at her. They both knew they had to keep their relationship a secret, but they couldn't resist each other.
Davina continued to work as Mikey's nanny, but things were different now. She and Gabriel couldn't keep their hands off of each other. Eight weeks later, Davina found out she was pregnant. She was shocked and scared, but she knew she couldn't keep it from Gabriel.
Davina told Gabriel about the pregnancy, and he was overjoyed. He wanted to be with her, to raise the child together. Davina was hesitant at first, but she couldn't resist the love she saw in Gabriel's eyes. She agreed, and the two of them began their new life together.
