Breaking the Ice: A Locker Room Release

Breaking the Ice: A Locker Room Release

Chapter 1: Tension in the Air

The locker room smelled of sweat and determination, the clatter of gear echoing off the tiled walls as the men’s hockey team wrapped up another grueling practice. Captain Jace Ryder leaned against the bench, his sharp blue eyes scanning the room until they landed on Ethan Cole, the team’s star forward. Ethan’s shoulders were hunched, his jaw tight, as he fumbled with his gear, clearly lost in a storm of his own thoughts.

“Hey, Cole, c’mere a sec,” Jace called out, his voice a low, commanding rumble that cut through the noise. Ethan froze, then trudged over, avoiding eye contact. “Sit,” Jace said, patting his thigh with a smirk. Ethan hesitated, his cheeks flushing, but Jace’s gaze was unrelenting. With a reluctant sigh, Ethan perched awkwardly on Jace’s lap, the heat of their bodies mingling through thin layers of fabric.

“What’s eating you, man? You’ve been off all week,” Jace pressed, his hand resting firmly on Ethan’s hip, grounding him. “Talk to me.”

“I’m fine,” Ethan muttered, his voice clipped, eyes darting away. “Just tired.”

“Bullshit,” Jace shot back, his tone sharp but laced with concern. “You’re wound tighter than a damn spring. I’m not blind, and I’m not letting you walk out of here like this.”

Ethan’s lips pressed into a thin line, his body rigid. “I said I’m fine, Cap. Drop it.”

Jace exchanged a look with his assistant captain, Liam Voss, who’d been lingering nearby, towel slung over his shoulder. Liam raised a brow, a wicked grin tugging at his lips. “Looks like words ain’t cutting it, Jace. Kid needs a different kind of release.”

“Damn right,” Jace agreed, his grip tightening on Ethan as he felt the younger man tense. “Hold still, Cole. We’re gonna take care of you, whether you like it or not.”

Ethan’s eyes widened, a mix of embarrassment and defiance flashing across his face. “What the hell are you—”

“Shh,” Liam interrupted, stepping closer, his voice smooth as silk. “Don’t fight it, Ethan. You’re too damn stubborn for your own good. Let us help.” He crouched in front of them, his hands deftly working at Ethan’s pants, sliding them down just enough to expose the tight fabric of his jockstrap. Ethan’s breath hitched, his face burning crimson, but Jace held him firm, one arm wrapped around his chest.

“Easy, man,” Jace murmured into Ethan’s ear, his breath hot against his skin. “We’re not stripping you bare. See? Keeping this on for now. Don’t want you any more worked up than you already are.”

Ethan squirmed, his voice shaky. “This is messed up, guys. I don’t—”

“You don’t get a say right now,” Liam cut in, his tone playful but firm, his fingers brushing lightly over Ethan’s thigh to distract him. “You’re a mess, and we’re fixing it. So sit there and take it like the good boy you are.”

Jace adjusted his hold, shifting Ethan slightly in his lap, his hand sliding beneath the edge of the jockstrap. “Relax, Cole,” he growled softly, his fingers teasing, searching. “I’ve got you. Just let go.”

Ethan’s breath came in short, ragged gasps, his body trembling as Jace’s touch grew bolder, more insistent. Liam kept up a steady stream of banter, his voice a soothing contrast to the intensity. “Look at you, holding it together. So damn strong, Ethan. We’re proud of you, you know that? Always have been.”

The air grew thick with tension, the heat between them building as Jace’s fingers found their mark, drawing a sharp, involuntary moan from Ethan. His head tipped back against Jace’s shoulder, eyes squeezed shut, sweat beading on his brow. The locker room seemed to fade away, leaving only the electric charge of their closeness, the promise of release hovering just out of reach.

And as Ethan’s resistance began to crumble, the real storm was only just beginning.
