Chapter 1: The Invitation
Hinata adjusted her oversized glasses as she shuffled through the university library, her modest cardigan and knee-length skirt a stark contrast to the vibrant energy of the campus around her. She was the epitome of shy brilliance—top of her class, always buried in books, and painfully unaware of the stares her delicate features drew. Her world was one of equations and theories, not flirtations or late-night escapades. That is, until today.
She was hunched over her laptop in a quiet corner when Sasuke and Naruto, the university’s infamous playboys, sauntered over with grins that could melt steel. Sasuke, with his brooding dark eyes and tousled black hair, leaned against the table, his leather jacket creaking softly. Naruto, all golden hair and reckless charm, plopped down in the chair opposite her, his grin wide and mischievous.
'Hey, brainiac,' Naruto started, his voice a playful drawl. 'We’ve got a group project, and guess what? You’re the lucky winner of teaming up with us.'
Hinata’s cheeks flushed a deep crimson, her fingers fumbling with her pen. 'M-me? Are you sure? I mean, I’m not really… good with groups.'
Sasuke’s smirk was sharp, cutting through her hesitation like a knife. 'Oh, come on, Hinata. We’ve seen you ace every test. We need that big brain of yours. Besides, we’re not as bad as the rumors say.' His gaze lingered on her, dark and suggestive, making her squirm in her seat.
'Yeah, we’re real sweet when you get to know us,' Naruto added, winking. 'How about you come to our dorm tonight? We can… study.' The way he dragged out the word 'study' sent an unexpected shiver down Hinata’s spine.
Her mind raced. She’d heard the stories—late-night parties, broken hearts, and whispers of their insatiable appetites. But there was something in their eyes, a challenge, a pull she couldn’t quite name. Against her better judgment, she nodded. 'O-okay. Just for the project.'
Their dorm room was a chaotic mix of empty beer cans, scattered textbooks, and a faint scent of cologne that hung heavy in the air. Hinata stood awkwardly by the door, clutching her notebook like a lifeline. Sasuke closed the door behind her with a deliberate click, his presence suddenly overwhelming. Naruto sprawled on the couch, patting the spot next to him.
'Relax, Hinata,' Naruto said, his voice low and teasing. 'We don’t bite. Unless you ask nicely.'
Her breath hitched, and she forced a nervous laugh. 'I-I’m fine standing. Let’s just get to work.' But her resolve wavered as Sasuke stepped closer, his hand brushing against her arm as he took her notebook.
'You’re too tense,' Sasuke murmured, his voice a velvet threat. 'We’re not just here for equations, you know. We’ve been watching you, Hinata. All that shy, nerdy charm—it’s fucking hot.'
Her eyes widened, but she didn’t step back. Something in her, buried deep, stirred at his words. 'I’m not… I’m not like that,' she stammered, though her voice lacked conviction.
Naruto chuckled, standing now, his body close enough that she could feel the heat radiating off him. 'Oh, we think you are. You just don’t know it yet. Let us show you.'
Before she could protest, Sasuke’s hand slid to her waist, firm and unapologetic, while Naruto’s fingers tilted her chin up, forcing her to meet his hungry gaze. Her heart pounded, a mix of fear and a strange, thrilling heat pooling in her core. She should’ve run, should’ve said no, but instead, she found herself whispering, 'Show me.'
Their grins were predatory as Sasuke’s grip tightened, pulling her closer, his breath hot against her ear. Naruto’s hand slipped under her cardigan, tracing the edge of her skirt with a boldness that made her gasp. The air was thick with tension, her body betraying her with every shaky breath. She wasn’t the quiet Hinata anymore—not tonight. Tonight, she was on the edge of something wild, something she’d never imagined, as their touches grew bolder, promising to unravel her completely.
