Sarah walked into the community center, her heart pounding with a mix of excitement and nerves. She was here for her first appointment at the fertility program, and she couldn't wait to get started.
"Welcome!" a voice boomed from across the room. Sarah turned to see a woman in her 50s, with short gray hair and a no-nonsense attitude. This was Jane, the program director.
Sarah felt immediately intimidated by Jane's strong, confident demeanor. But she was also drawn to her, unable to look away.
"I'm Sarah," she said, extending a hand.
Jane shook it firmly. "Nice to meet you, Sarah. I'll be your guide through the fertility program. We have some exciting things in store for you."
Sarah raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Like what?"
Jane smiled. "Well, for starters, you'll be impregnated with triplets. For the second time."
Sarah's jaw dropped. "Triplets? Again?"
Jane nodded. "Yes, indeed. You seemed to enjoy being pregnant the first time around, so we thought we'd give you a little extra challenge."
Sarah couldn't believe it. She had always loved being pregnant, the feeling of life growing inside of her. And now she was going to get to experience it again, but this time with triplets.
She couldn't wait.
As they talked, Sarah noticed a group of women in the corner of the room. They were all visibly pregnant, their bellies round and full. Sarah recognized one of them as her friend Lisa, and the woman next to her as Lisa's milf mother.
Sarah was impressed by the strength and control these women exuded. She couldn't wait to join their ranks.
Jane introduced Sarah to the group, and they welcomed her with open arms. Sarah felt a sense of camaraderie and sisterhood with these women, and she knew she was in the right place.

As they exercised, Sarah couldn't help but notice the way the women's bodies moved. Their bellies rippled and jiggled with each movement, and Sarah felt a surge of desire.
Jane noticed Sarah's gaze and gave her a knowing smile. "It's normal to feel attracted to the other women in the program," she said. "It's a sign of the strong bond we share."
Sarah was surprised, but she couldn't deny the attraction she felt. She watched as the women continued to exercise, their bodies slick with sweat.
Jane announced that it was time for the women to pair up for a partner exercise. Sarah was paired with Lisa, and they started to work together.
As they exercised, Sarah couldn't help but notice the way Lisa's body had changed. Her belly was full and round, and Sarah couldn't wait to have her own belly look like that.
Lisa noticed Sarah's gaze and gave her a playful smile. "You're going to be a great mom," she said.
Sarah felt a surge of pride. She knew she was in the right place, and she couldn't wait to start this journey.
