Burning Love: How Brigette, Goddess of Joy and Fun, Found Her Smoldering Strength and Raised a Little Solace After Apollo's Unforgivable Fire

Chapter One: The Spark of Fury

The grand palace of the gods was a sight to behold, nestled high up on Mount Olympus. The sun shone brightly, casting a golden glow over the white marble columns and the intricate frescoes that adorned the walls. But today, the usual joy and laughter that filled the palace was replaced by a tense and heavy atmosphere.

Brigette, the goddess of joy and fun, swept into the throne room with a determined look on her face. Her light pink hair flowed behind her like a fiery mane, and her dark eyes were filled with a fierce determination. She had just discovered that her husband, Apollo, had been unfaithful to her, and she was not going to let him get away with it.

Apollo sat on his throne, trying to look calm and composed. But when he saw Brigette approaching him, his heart skipped a beat. She pulled out the letters that he had written her, confessing his love for her, and crumpled them up in her hands. With a flick of her wrist, she threw them into the fireplace, where they burned to ashes.

"What are you doing?" Apollo asked, jumping up from his throne.

Brigette shoved an ultrasound picture into his hands. "This is what I'm doing," she said, her voice cold and direct.

Apollo looked at the picture, his eyes widening in shock. Brigette turned on her heel and walked out of the room, leaving him standing there, stunned.

Brigette stormed through the palace, her anger and hurt palpable. She passed by other gods and goddesses, who watched her with a mix of shock and admiration. She didn't care what they thought of her. She was on a mission.

She arrived at her chambers and slammed the door shut. She took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down. She looked at herself in the mirror, her dark eyes filled with anger and sadness. She touched her belly, feeling the life inside her.

"I will not let Apollo's betrayal ruin my happiness," she whispered to herself. "I will raise my child on my own and show him what it means to be strong and independent."

Brigette spent the rest of the day in her chambers, reflecting on her life and her future. She came to the conclusion that she would be the best mother she could be, no matter what.

She fell asleep, her mind at peace. She knew that she had the strength and determination to face whatever challenges came her way.

The next morning, Brigette woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She got dressed and went to the palace's dining hall, where the other gods and goddesses were already gathered. She entered the dining hall with her head held high, ignoring the whispers and stares of the other gods and goddesses. She took her seat at the table and engaged in playful banter with the other gods and goddesses.

Apollo entered the dining hall, looking sheepish and embarrassed. He tried to approach Brigette, but she turned away from him, her gaze icy.

"I am not a victim," she thought to herself. "I am a strong and independent woman who will not let anyone bring me down."

Brigette proved that day that she was not a woman to be trifled with. She was a force to be reckoned with, and she would not let anyone, not even Apollo, stand in her way.
