The dining hall of Camp Half-Blood was bustling with activity as the campers sat down for their evening meal. Among them was Isabella, a 13-year-old Colombian girl with tan skin and dark brown hair, who had just joined the camp a few days ago. She sat at a table with her new friends Leo, Will, Percy, Annabeth, Talia, Piper, Jason, Frank, Hazel, and Grover.
Percy, the son of Poseidon, was struggling to complete his homework on Columbia, the country where Isabella was born and raised. "I can't believe I have to write a report on your home country," he grumbled, "I don't even know where to start."
Isabella offered to help, sharing her extensive knowledge of her home country. "Colombia is a beautiful place, full of history and culture. It's located in the northwestern corner of South America, and is home to the Andes Mountains, the Amazon Rainforest, and the Caribbean coast."
As Isabella spoke, an hourglass symbol appeared above her head, signifying that she had been claimed by a godly parent. The other campers whispered amongst themselves, curious about the mysterious symbol.
Isabella, not wanting to draw attention to herself, listened in on their conversation. Leo, the son of Hephaestus, made a playful jab at Isabella, calling her a "know-it-all."
Isabella retorted with a witty comeback, earning her the respect of her friends. "I may know a lot, Leo, but at least I'm not the son of the god of fire and metalworking, who can't even make a decent pair of wings."
Suddenly, a booming voice echoed throughout the dining hall, announcing that Isabella had been claimed by Kronos, the god of time and the father of all gods. The campers were shocked by the news, as Kronos was the enemy they were currently at war with.
Isabella tried to hide her fear, as she was now the daughter of the most powerful god of all. Percy, feeling guilty for causing this situation, approached Isabella and apologized.
Isabella, showing her strength and control, brushed off Percy's apology and assured him that she could handle whatever came her way. "I'm not afraid of Kronos, Percy. I'm a child of the god of time, I can handle anything that comes my way."
The campers continued to whisper about Isabella's newfound status, but she remained unfazed. She stood up, determined to prove herself. "I challenge all of you to a game of capture the flag. Let's see if I can't earn your respect and trust."
The campers looked at each other, unsure if this was a good idea. But Isabella's determination and confidence won them over. They agreed to the game, and the competition was on.
Isabella proved to be a formidable opponent, using her knowledge of strategy and time to outmaneuver her opponents. She led her team to victory, earning the respect and admiration of her friends.
As the night wore on, the campers couldn't help but be drawn to Isabella's strength and control. They were all curious to see what the future held for the daughter of Kronos.
Little did they know, the real adventure was just beginning.
