Sarah's eyes were glued to the spreadsheet on her computer screen, her fingers flying over the keyboard as she tried to finish up the dull report that had been looming over her head all day. She had been working late, determined to get it done and out of the way so she could finally relax and enjoy the evening.
But her concentration was broken by a knock on the door, causing her to look up with a sigh. She knew who it was before she even saw him - Jake, the handsome co-worker who she had always found attractive, but had never acted on it.
"Come in," she called out, her voice dripping with sarcasm. She couldn't help but playfully insult him, even if she was secretly happy to see him.
Jake opened the door, a sheepish grin on his face. "I couldn't resist your charm," he said, his eyes sparkling with amusement.
Sarah rolled her eyes, but couldn't help but smile back. As they bantered back and forth, she found herself unable to look away from his lips. She felt a sudden surge of desire, and realized that she had been feeling the same way about him for a long time.
Taking a risk, she leaned in close to Jake, whispering a suggestive comment in his ear. Jake's eyes widened with surprise, but he quickly recovered, pulling Sarah in for a passionate kiss.
