Corporate Seduction: A Dangerous Game

Corporate Seduction: A Dangerous Game

Chapter 1: The Afterparty Temptation

The air in the hotel ballroom was thick with the scent of expensive cologne and the buzz of corporate small talk as the company party wound down. Nicole, my stunning wife of six years, stood near the bar in a sleek black dress that hugged her athletic frame like a second skin. Her dark hair cascaded over her shoulders, and her sharp green eyes scanned the room with a predator’s precision. She wasn’t just beautiful—she was a force, a woman who commanded attention without ever begging for it. As the head of marketing, she’d spent the night charming clients and outwitting colleagues, but now, her gaze was locked on Tobias, her boss.

Tobias was a man who oozed power, his tailored suit doing little to hide the raw, magnetic energy beneath. He leaned against a table, a glass of whiskey in hand, his smirk daring anyone to challenge him. I’d met him once at a company event—arrogant, sure, but undeniably charismatic. Tonight, though, there was something different in the way he looked at Nicole. Hungry. Possessive. And she wasn’t backing down.

I was at home, nursing a beer and scrolling through mindless TV channels, when my phone buzzed. Nicole’s name flashed on the screen. I grinned, expecting a quick ‘I’m on my way’ call. Instead, her voice came through, low and teasing, with a dangerous edge I hadn’t heard in years.

‘Hey, babe,’ she purred, her tone dripping with mischief. ‘Still up?’

‘Always for you,’ I shot back, leaning into the couch. ‘Party over?’

‘Not quite,’ she said, and I could hear the smirk in her voice. ‘Tobias offered to show me the view from his suite. You know, the penthouse. Thought I’d take him up on it.’

My stomach tightened, a mix of curiosity and something darker. ‘The view, huh? What’s so special about it?’

‘Oh, you’ll see,’ she teased, her voice dropping an octave. ‘Or maybe you’ll just hear. Stay on the line, okay? I’ve got something… special planned.’

Before I could respond, I heard the faint ding of an elevator in the background, followed by Tobias’s deep, gravelly voice. ‘Nicole, you sure your husband’s cool with this? I don’t play games I can’t win.’

‘Oh, he’s more than cool,’ she replied, her tone sharp and confident. ‘He knows I call the shots. Isn’t that right, babe?’

I swallowed hard, my grip tightening on the phone. ‘Yeah, I trust you. Just… don’t hold back on the details.’

She laughed, a wicked sound that sent a shiver down my spine. ‘Don’t worry, I won’t. Tobias, you’ve got my ring, right? The one I slipped you earlier?’

‘Right here,’ he said, and I could almost see the smug bastard twirling her wedding ring—my ring—between his fingers. ‘Gonna wear it while I take what’s mine tonight. You good with that, man?’

My jaw clenched, but Nicole’s voice cut through before I could snap. ‘He’s good, Tobias. Now shut up and open the door. I’m not here for chit-chat.’

The sound of a keycard swipe and a heavy door swinging open filled the line. My heart pounded as I pictured them stepping into the dimly lit suite, the city skyline glittering beyond the windows. Nicole’s breath hitched slightly, and I knew she was already feeling the heat of the moment.

‘Damn, woman,’ Tobias growled, his voice closer now. ‘You’ve been driving me crazy all night in that dress. Let’s see how fast I can get it off.’

‘Try me,’ Nicole shot back, her voice laced with challenge. ‘But don’t think for a second I’m some damsel waiting to be undressed. You want it? Earn it.’

I heard the rustle of fabric, the sharp intake of breath, and then Nicole’s low, commanding tone. ‘On your knees first, boss. Show me you’re worth my time.’

My mind raced, picturing her standing over him, her eyes blazing with control as Tobias obeyed. The tension on the line was electric, and I knew whatever came next would be explosive. Her next words, dripping with intent, confirmed it.

‘Keep the phone close, babe,’ she whispered to me. ‘You’re about to hear just how hard I play.’
