Cougar's Claws: A Tale of Protection, Passion, and Playful Empowerment

Chapter One: A Slap in the Face

Felicity and Ethan were cuddled up on the couch, their bodies pressed close together as they watched a romantic movie. Felicity's head rested on Ethan's shoulder, her long, red hair cascading down his chest. Every now and then, she would lean in and press a soft kiss to his neck, making him blush and squirm.

"You're such an innocent little lamb," Felicity cooed, her voice dripping with amusement. "I can't believe you've never seen this movie before."

Ethan tried to defend himself, but Felicity's playful insults only made him blush harder. "I've seen plenty of movies," he protested. "Just not this one."

Felicity just laughed and nuzzled closer to him, her breath warm against his skin. "You're so cute when you're flustered," she said, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

Just as Ethan was starting to relax, there was a knock at the door. Felicity called out for the visitor to enter, and in walked her sassy friend, Chantal.

Chantal was dressed in a tight-fitting dress and high heels, her dark hair styled in loose waves. She took one look at Ethan and scoffed. "What is this, Felicity? A new pet?" she asked, making Ethan's cheeks turn even redder.

Felicity stood up and defended Ethan, telling Chantal that he was more than just a "pet." But Chantal wasn't convinced. She walked over to Ethan, sizing him up with a critical eye.

"Is that so?" she said, before slapping him hard across the face.

Ethan burst into tears, shocked and hurt by Chantal's sudden attack. Felicity immediately rushed to his side, comforting him and scolding Chantal.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" she demanded. "Why would you do something like that?"

Chantal just laughed and told Ethan to "man up" and stop being so sensitive. Ethan tried to stand up to Chantal, but he was still too upset and overwhelmed. Felicity stepped in, telling Chantal that she'd gone too far.

"He needs to learn how to handle a strong woman like Felicity," Chantal argued. "You're coddling him too much."

Felicity and Chantal got into a heated argument, with Ethan sitting quietly in the background. Eventually, Felicity told Chantal to leave, and she did, but not before giving Ethan one last disdainful look.

Once Chantal was gone, Felicity turned her attention back to Ethan, apologizing for her friend's behavior. Ethan, still teary-eyed, told Felicity that he wasn't sure if he could handle being with someone as strong and controlling as her.

Felicity smiled and reassured Ethan, telling him that she'd always be there to protect him and that he was more than capable of handling her. Ethan smiled back, feeling comforted and loved. The two of them cuddled up on the couch once again, the romantic mood restored.

"I'm sorry about Chantal," Felicity said, her voice soft and soothing. "She can be a bit much sometimes."

Ethan nodded, still a little shaken from the encounter. "It's okay," he said. "I just wasn't expecting it."

Felicity leaned in and pressed a kiss to Ethan's forehead. "You don't have to worry about anything when you're with me," she said. "I'll always take care of you."

Ethan smiled, feeling a sense of peace wash over him. He knew that Felicity was a strong and controlling woman, but he also knew that she loved him and would always be there for him. And that was all that mattered.
