As Ella approached the Pearly Gates of Heaven, she couldn't believe it. She had finally made it. After dying from a stage light falling on her head in 1968, she had spent decades waiting in line to enter the gates of paradise. And now, here she was.
But as she stood there, basking in the glory of her new surroundings, she bumped into someone. She looked up and saw a handsome young man with black hair and piercing brown eyes.
"Raymond?" she exclaimed. "Is that you?"
The young man looked at her, a playful smirk on his face. "Well, well, well. Look what the cat dragged in. It's about time you showed up, Ella. I've been waiting for you for decades."
Ella laughed. "I had to wait in line, you know. I didn't just get to walk right in like you probably did."
Raymond chuckled. "Fair enough. But I have to say, you're looking good, Ella. Better than when you used to visit me when I was a ghost in the old theater."
Ella blushed. "Well, you're not so bad yourself. In fact, you're looking pretty handsome now that you're an angel."
Raymond raised an eyebrow. "Oh, really? You think so?"
Ella rolled her eyes. "Don't let it go to your head. But seriously, I'm glad to see you again. Can you show me around heaven?"
Raymond nodded. "Of course. But on one condition."
Ella raised an eyebrow. "What's that?"
Raymond grinned. "You have to promise to keep up with my fast-paced walking. I don't want to have to slow down for you."
Ella rolled her eyes. "Fine, I promise. But only because I don't want to get lost in this place. It's huge."
Raymond chuckled. "You have no idea. But come on, let's go. I can't wait to show you around."
As they walked, Ella couldn't help but notice how attractive Raymond was. She had always had a bit of a crush on him when he was a ghost, but now that he was an angel, he was even more handsome. She found herself stealing glances at him as they walked.
Raymond noticed her staring and grinned. "Like what you see, Ella?"
Ella blushed. "Shut up. You're not so bad yourself."
Raymond laughed. "I'm glad you think so. But seriously, I'm happy to see you again. It's been a long time."
Ella nodded. "It has. But I'm glad we're here together now. This place is amazing."
Raymond agreed. "It is. I always imagined it would be, but it's even better than I imagined. I can't wait to show you everything."
As they continued walking, hand in hand, Ella couldn't believe she was in heaven. She was excited to explore all the wonders it had to offer, and she was glad she had Raymond by her side to show her the way. She couldn't wait to see what the rest of their journey had in store.
