Santiago and Maya sat down at the sleek mahogany desk, their eyes focused on the itinerary spread out before them. The upcoming business trip to Greece was the topic of discussion, but Maya couldn't help but notice the way Santiago's eyes lit up when he talked about the ancient ruins and crystal-clear waters.
"I didn't know you were such a history buff, Santiago," Maya said, playfully raising an eyebrow.

As they continued to discuss the trip, Santiago found himself unable to take his eyes off of Maya. Her intelligence and wit were intoxicating, and he couldn't keep his feelings inside much longer.
Noticing his gaze, Maya teased, "Like what you see, boss?"
Santiago, trying to play it cool, responded, "What? No, I was just thinking about how well we work together."
Maya, not convinced, playfully called him out. "Sure, Santiago. Keep telling yourself that."
Santiago, feeling a little bold, decided to take a risk. "Maya, there's something I need to tell you. I have feelings for you."
Maya was taken aback, but not in a negative way. She'd been harboring feelings for Santiago as well, but with him being her boss, she didn't think it was appropriate.
"I've had feelings for you too, Santiago," she admitted. "But with you being my boss, I didn't think it was appropriate."
Santiago, relieved, took Maya's hand. "I know, and I understand. But we're not at the office now. We're in Greece, and I want to explore these feelings with you."
Maya, feeling a surge of excitement, agreed. "I want that too, Santiago."
Santiago, feeling more confident, leaned in and kissed Maya. It was a passionate and intense kiss, and they both knew that this was the beginning of something special.
