'Cuffs and Lipstick: The Dominant Designer and Her Insatiable Intern'

Chapter One: The Spark Ignites

The city's hottest new bar was buzzing with energy as Shannon walked through the door, her stiletto heels clicking against the polished concrete floor. She scanned the room, her piercing green eyes searching for any sign of Ian. It had been years since they last saw each other, but she couldn't shake the feeling that the spark between them was still there, just waiting to be reignited.

As she made her way to the bar, she couldn't help but feel a sense of power and confidence. She had worked hard to get where she was, and she knew that she was a force to be reckoned with. She was dressed to impress, her sleek black dress hugging her curves in all the right places. She knew she looked good, and she couldn't wait to see the look on Ian's face when he saw her.

She took a seat at the bar, ordering a dirty martini as she continued to scan the room. And then, she saw him. Ian, looking just as handsome as he did all those years ago. Her heart skipped a beat as she took in the sight of him. His dark hair was styled perfectly, and his piercing blue eyes seemed to see right through her. He was wearing a tailored suit that hugged his muscular frame, and she couldn't help but feel a stirring in her loins as she imagined what lay beneath.

She watched as he made his way through the crowd, his eyes locked on hers. She felt a shiver run down her spine as he approached, his cologne intoxicating. He leaned in to kiss her on the cheek, and she could feel the heat radiating off his body.

"Shannon," he said, his voice deep and husky. "It's been too long."

"Ian," she replied, her own voice betraying a slight tremble. "You look good."

"You look better," he said, his eyes raking over her body. "I can't believe it's been so long. I've thought about you every day."

She raised an eyebrow, a smirk playing at the corners of her mouth. "Is that so? I must admit, I've thought about you too."

He grinned, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "I knew it. I knew you couldn't resist me."

She laughed, shaking her head. "You always were so full of yourself."

"But you loved it," he said, his voice low and seductive.

She felt a heat rise to her cheeks, and she knew he was right. She had always been drawn to his confidence, his swagger. He was the only man who had ever been able to make her feel truly alive.

"Ian," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I think we have some unfinished business to attend to."

He grinned, his eyes darkening with desire. "I was hoping you'd say that."

And with that, the spark between them ignited once again, burning brighter than ever before. They knew that they were in for a night of passion and pleasure, and they couldn't wait to see where the night would take them.
