Dead Moon's Eternal Playtime: When the Senshi traded their Futures for Childhood's Innocence

Chapter One: The Circus Comes to Town

The sun was setting on another quiet day in the small Japanese town. The townspeople went about their business, chatting and laughing as they closed up their shops for the evening.

Suddenly, a strange ship appeared in the sky, causing a commotion among the people. They stared in awe as the ship descended and landed on the outskirts of the town. A moment later, a colorful circus tent was set up, drawing the attention of the children.

The Senshi, now in their child forms, were also drawn to the circus. They were initially weakened by their transformation, but they soon discovered that their powers were enhanced in unexpected ways.

"Wow, look at that!" exclaimed Rei, her eyes wide with excitement. "A real-life circus! I've always wanted to see one."

"Me too!" said Ami, clapping her hands together. "This is so exciting!"

The Amazoness Quartet, who were meant to be Usagi's playmates, approached the Senshi and invited them to join the circus. The Senshi were hesitant, but the Amazonesses were persuasive and charming.

"Come on, Senshi!" coaxed Ves-Ves, fluttering her eyelashes. "Join the circus and have the time of your life! You'll never want to leave!"

Usagi, in particular, was tempted by the offer. She had always been a bit of a crybaby, and the idea of eternal childhood appealed to her. She was also struggling with the tensions between her magical girl activities and her normal life, and Nehelenia exploited this to her advantage.

"Think about it, Usagi," whispered Nehelenia, her voice sweet and seductive. "Here, you can be a child forever. No responsibilities, no pain. Just fun and games."

The Amazon Trio, who were initially presented as the villains, launched an attack on the circus. Usagi and the Amazonesses teamed up to stop them, but the fights were more like a game than a serious threat.

"Ha! Is that all you've got?" laughed Minako, easily dodging the Amazon Trio's attacks.

"You're no match for us!" added Makoto, her fists clenched.

The Senshi began to suspect that something was not right. The Amazonesses were too eager to make friends, and the Amazon Trio's attacks seemed too staged. However, the Amazonesses were skilled manipulators and sowed discord among the Senshi.

"Why are you fighting them, Senshi?" asked Cere-Cere, her voice innocent and curious. "They're just having a bit of fun."

Usagi was torn between her loyalty to her friends and her desire to stay in the circus. She was further tempted by Nehelenia's promises of a carefree life, free from the responsibilities and pains of adulthood.

"Think about it, Usagi," whispered Nehelenia, her voice soft and soothing. "Here, you can be a child forever. No more worries, no more pain."

The other Senshi, realizing that something was not right, tried to convince Usagi to leave the circus. However, the Amazonesses had already exploited the tensions between the Senshi and tried to turn Usagi against them.

"Why are you fighting this, Usagi?" asked Jun-Jun, her voice sad and disappointed. "We just want to have fun."

Usagi was on the verge of giving in to the temptation of eternal childhood when she was suddenly jolted back to reality. She realized that the Amazon Trio were only pretending to be the villains, and that the real threat was Nehelenia and the Dead Moon Circus.

However, it was too late. The other Senshi had already given in to the temptation of eternal childhood and had accepted their fate, the fantasy given to them by Queen Nehelenia and the dead moon circus.

The Senshi were defeated and surrendered to the Dead Moon Circus. The chapter ends with Usagi, alone and powerless, facing Nehelenia and the Amazonesses. She knows that she must find a way to save her friends and stop Nehelenia's plans, but she is not sure how.

"You won't get away with this, Nehelenia," said Usagi, her voice determined. "I'll find a way to stop you."

Nehelenia just laughed and waved her hand, causing Usagi to fall to the ground, weakened and defeated.

"We'll see about that, Senshi," she said, her voice cold and mocking. "We'll see."

The stage was set for a battle of wills, with Usagi and the Dead Moon Circus locked in a struggle for power and control. The Senshi would have to find a way to overcome their desires and work together if they wanted to have any chance of defeating Nehelenia and saving their friends. But for now, the Dead Moon Circus had the upper hand, and the Senshi were left to wonder if they would ever see the light of day again.
