Femboy Roommate's Playful Revenge

### Chapter One: The Unexpected Roommate

The sun was setting over the city skyline, casting a warm glow through the large windows of Mia's new apartment. The place was a perfect blend of modern chic and cozy comfort, with sleek furniture and soft, plush throws scattered around. Mia, a woman in her late 20s, stood in the middle of her living room, hands on her hips, surveying her domain. Her confidence was palpable, her posture exuding strength and control.

Just as she was about to pour herself a well-deserved glass of wine, her phone buzzed. It was Lisa, her best friend and the mastermind behind her next big decision.

"Mia, you've got to trust me on this. I've found the perfect roommate for you. He'll help with the rent, and he's a total sweetheart," Lisa's voice was insistent, almost pleading.

Mia chuckled, shaking her head. "Lisa, I swear, if this is another one of your 'sweethearts' who turns out to be a disaster..."

"No, no, I promise! Alex is different. He's... unique. You'll see," Lisa replied, her tone laced with excitement.

Before Mia could retort, there was a soft knock at the door. She opened it to find a young man standing there, suitcase in hand and a shy smile on his face. Alex was slender, with delicate features and a hint of femininity that caught Mia off guard.

"Hi, I'm Alex. You must be Mia," he said, his voice soft but steady.

"Welcome, Alex. Come on in," Mia replied, stepping aside to let him enter. She couldn't help but notice the way his eyes darted around the apartment, taking everything in with a mix of curiosity and nervousness.

As they settled into the living room, Mia took the lead. "So, let's get the boring stuff out of the way. House rules: no loud music after 10 PM, clean up after yourself, and respect each other's privacy. Got it?"

Alex nodded, his smile growing. "Got it. And I promise, I'm a neat freak."

Mia raised an eyebrow, a playful smirk playing on her lips. "We'll see about that. Now, let's talk about boundaries. I'm not one for tiptoeing around, so if you have any issues, speak up."

Before Alex could respond, he accidentally walked into Mia's bedroom just as she was changing. He froze, his face turning a deep shade of red.

"Uh, sorry! I didn't mean to—"

Mia laughed, pulling her shirt back down. "Relax, Alex. It's just a body. But maybe knock next time, huh?"

Alex stammered an apology, his eyes still wide with embarrassment. "I-I will. I'm so sorry."

Over dinner, they delved into lighter topics. Alex mentioned his love for indie films and obscure music bands, which Mia found amusing.

"Indie films, huh? So you're one of those artsy types?" Mia teased, twirling her pasta around her fork.

Alex chuckled, his confidence growing. "Maybe. But what about you? What's your guilty pleasure?"

Mia leaned in, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Oh, I have many. But let's just say I have a soft spot for cheesy rom-coms."

Alex laughed, shaking his head. "Really? I wouldn't have pegged you for that."

As they continued to chat, Alex confessed his struggle to find a job. Mia, ever the dominant force, immediately took charge.

"Don't worry about it. I'll help you. We'll get you sorted out in no time," she said, her tone leaving no room for argument.

As they cleaned up after dinner, Alex accidentally knocked over a glass of wine, spilling it all over Mia's shirt. Before he could apologize, Mia grabbed a dish towel and playfully lunged at him.

"You owe me a new shirt, mister!" she exclaimed, chasing him around the kitchen.

Their playful wrestling ended with Mia pinning Alex to the ground, both of them laughing. Alex's face was flushed, his eyes wide with a mix of embarrassment and excitement.

"You're such a klutz," Mia teased, her voice soft but firm. "But I kind of like it."

As she helped him up, their bodies briefly pressed together, the tension between them palpable. Mia cleared her throat, stepping back to regain her composure.

"Alright, let's set some ground rules," she said, her tone shifting back to business. "I'm in charge here, and I expect you to follow my lead. Understood?"

Alex nodded, his eyes lingering on her a bit too long. "Understood. And... thank you, Mia."

As they settled in for the night, Mia caught Alex sneaking a peek at her as she changed into her pajamas. She turned to face him, hands on her hips, a playful smirk on her lips.

"See something you like, Alex?" she asked, her voice teasing but firm.

Alex blushed, stammering an apology. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to—"

Mia laughed, shaking her head. "It's okay, but don't get any ideas. I'm not that easy to win over."

As Alex retreated to his room, Mia couldn't help but smirk to herself. What had she gotten herself into with this new, intriguing roommate? Only time would tell, but one thing was certain: life in her apartment was about to get a lot more interesting.
