James pushed open the door to the surgery room, a sense of unease creeping up his spine. He had worked at this high-tech medical facility for years, but something about today felt different.

James's voice cracked as he begged. "Please, Alice. I'll do anything."
Alice's expression softened. "I'll take care of you, James. I'll teach you how to be a woman."
James looked at Alice, feeling a mix of fear and gratitude. He knew he was in for a long and difficult journey, but he was willing to try. After all, he didn't have a choice.
