The hallway was alive with the chatter of students, but all of that faded into the background as Mia made her way down the corridor. She was used to the stares and whispers by now, but it still never failed to amuse her. At a towering three meters tall, she was impossible to ignore.
As she approached Jay, he waved at her with a grin on his face. Mia couldn't help but roll her eyes playfully at him. "Hey, midget," she called out, causing a few students to turn and stare at them.
Jay chuckled, not at all offended by Mia's teasing. "Hey, giantess," he shot back, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "You're crushing the floor again."
Mia stuck her tongue out at him before making her way over to him. She leaned down to give him a quick kiss, her long hair cascading down around them like a curtain. "See you in class," she said, before straightening back up and heading towards their first period.
In class, Mia struggled to fit in her desk, causing the teacher to stutter and stumble over her words. Mia and Jay exchanged amused glances, both trying to hold back their laughter.
During a group project, Mia took charge, directing her group members with a firm but playful tone. Jay watched in awe as Mia expertly led the group, impressed by her confidence and control.
After class, Mia and Jay walked to their next class, hand in hand. Mia playfully swung Jay around, causing him to laugh and protest.
"Hey, watch it!" he said, trying to keep his balance.
Mia just laughed, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "What's the matter, midget? Can't handle a little swinging?"
Jay rolled his eyes, but he couldn't help the grin that spread across his face. "You're such a dork," he said, but there was no heat behind his words.
Mia and Jay continued their banter, exchanging playful insults and teasing each other. As they reached their next class, Mia gave Jay a quick peck on the cheek before parting ways.
Jay watched as Mia walked away, admiring her strength and confidence. Mia turned around and winked at him, a mischievous smile on her face.
Jay couldn't help but feel a flutter in his chest. He was lucky to have such a strong, controlling, and direct girlfriend. He couldn't wait to see what the rest of the day held for them.
