Cady stood in front of the mirror, her green eyes reflecting her worry. She had been feeling nauseous for the past few days, and even her favorite foods were making her stomach turn. She decided it was time to take a pregnancy test, hoping for a negative result. With a deep breath, she watched as the test quickly displayed a positive sign.

Cady and Hephaestus looked at each other in shock. "Twins?" Cady asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
The doctor nodded. "Yes, it seems so. Congratulations, you're having twins."
Cady and Hephaestus were in complete shock. Twins? They hadn't even processed the fact that they were having one baby, let alone two. But as they left the doctor's office, they couldn't help but feel a sense of joy and excitement. They were going to be parents, not just to one baby, but to two.
As they walked out of the doctor's office, Cady looked up at Hephaestus, her green eyes shining with excitement. "Well, hot stuff, I guess we're going to need a bigger nursery."
Hephaestus laughed and squeezed Cady's hand. "Yes, my love, we are. But I wouldn't have it any other way."
