Chapter 1: Sparks in Slateport
Serena’s heart pounded as she followed Lisia into the sleek, modern bedroom of her Slateport City home. The day had been a whirlwind—lost in the wilderness, saved by a Mega Altaria, humiliated at Rustboro Hall, and now, here she was, standing in the private sanctuary of Hoenn’s Top Coordinator. The air was thick with tension, a mix of frustration and something dangerously electric.
‘All right, now take off your shirt,’ Lisia commanded, her voice smooth as silk but edged with authority. She stood by the bed, a bottle of burn heal in her hand, her turquoise eyes glinting with mischief.
Serena hesitated, wincing as she lifted her arms, the burns from her disastrous performance stinging her skin. ‘Fine, but don’t think I’m some damsel in distress,’ she shot back, peeling off her singed top with a defiant glare. ‘I’ve handled worse than a little fire.’
Lisia smirked, stepping closer, her own dress slipping off her shoulders to reveal flawless, tanned skin. ‘Oh, I’m sure you have, Kalos almost-Queen. But let’s see how you handle me.’ She pushed Serena gently but firmly onto the bed, her gaze predatory.
‘Ow, Lisia, what the hell are you doing?’ Serena snapped, her voice sharp even as a flush crept up her neck. The pain of her burns mingled with a confusing heat as Lisia’s bare skin brushed against hers.
‘You said you’d do anything to get into that contest, right?’ Lisia purred, her fingers deftly working at Serena’s remaining clothes, stripping her down with a confidence that left no room for argument. ‘Well, tonight, you’re mine.’
Serena’s mind raced, a mix of irritation and intrigue bubbling within her. ‘Yeah, I said that, but I didn’t mean—oh, come on, I’m burned here!’ she protested, though her breath hitched as Lisia’s lips hovered near her own.
‘Doesn’t matter,’ Lisia whispered, her voice dripping with challenge. ‘I’ve got ways to make you forget the pain.’ She captured Serena’s lips in a fierce, hungry kiss, her tongue demanding entry, making Serena moan despite herself. The heat of the kiss burned hotter than any flame, and Serena’s hands instinctively gripped Lisia’s shoulders, not to push away, but to pull closer.
‘Damn it, Lisia, you’re insane,’ Serena gasped as Lisia’s mouth moved to her neck, teeth grazing skin, sending shivers down her spine. ‘But… don’t stop.’
Lisia chuckled, a low, wicked sound. ‘That’s more like it. Let’s see how much fire you’ve really got.’ Her hands roamed lower, exploring every inch of Serena’s trembling body, igniting a desperate need that drowned out the lingering pain of the day.
As their bodies pressed together, the room seemed to shrink, the world narrowing to the heat between them. Serena’s defiance melted into raw desire, her sharp tongue silenced by gasps and moans. Lisia’s touch was relentless, a storm of sensation that promised an explosive release just on the horizon…
