Man of Their House

Man of Their House

Chapter 1: A New Beginning

The air was heavy with grief when I first stepped into the Harper household after Jake’s funeral. His mother, Vivian, a striking woman in her early forties with sharp green eyes and a cascade of dark hair, greeted me with a tight hug, her curves pressing against me in a way that lingered longer than it should have. 'You don’t have to do this, Ethan,' she murmured, her voice husky with emotion. 'But we’re so grateful you’re here.'

Jake’s younger sister, Lila, leaned against the doorway, her lithe frame wrapped in a tight tank top and shorts that left little to the imagination. At twenty-two, she had a mischievous glint in her hazel eyes. 'Yeah, big hero,' she teased, her tone dripping with playful sarcasm. 'Gonna save us from the big bad world? Or just from mowing the lawn?'

I smirked, rolling up my sleeves. 'I’m here to do whatever needs doing. You two just point me in the right direction.'

Over the next few weeks, I became a fixture in their home, fixing leaky faucets, painting walls, and handling every chore they threw at me. They insisted I move in, claiming it was easier than me driving over every day. I couldn’t say no to Vivian’s pleading eyes or Lila’s sly grin as she quipped, 'What, you scared to live with two hot women? We don’t bite… unless you ask nicely.'

The tension simmered beneath every interaction. Vivian started hitting the gym, her body transforming into something even more sculpted and irresistible. I’d catch her in tight leggings and a sports bra, stretching in the living room, her gaze locking with mine as she purred, 'Just trying to keep up with you, Ethan. Gotta stay in fighting shape.'

Lila was no less bold, finding excuses to brush past me in narrow hallways, her hand lingering on my arm as she whispered, 'You know, I’m really good at being alone… if you ever need company.' Her suggestive tone sent a jolt through me, but I played it cool, replying with a grin, 'Careful, Lila. I might just take you up on that.'

Then came the financial bombshell. They were on the brink of losing the house. Without hesitation, I stepped in, buying the property outright and securing their future. The gratitude in their eyes was palpable. Vivian pulled me into a fierce embrace, her breath hot against my ear as she whispered, 'You’re our savior, Ethan. We owe you everything.' Lila smirked, adding, 'Guess you’re officially the man of the house now. Better get used to us fawning over you.'

That night, as I stood in the kitchen washing dishes, Vivian approached, her silk robe slipping slightly off her shoulder, revealing the swell of her breast. 'You’ve done so much,' she said, her voice low and seductive. 'Let me take care of you for once.' Her hand brushed my chest, sending a surge of heat through me.

Before I could respond, Lila sauntered in, her shorts riding high on her toned thighs. 'What, Mom gets first dibs?' she teased, stepping closer until I was sandwiched between them. 'I think we should share. Don’t you, Ethan?'

My pulse raced as Vivian’s fingers trailed down my arm, her lips curling into a wicked smile. 'What do you say, Ethan? Ready to be truly welcomed into this family?' Her words were a challenge, and I was more than ready to accept. I could feel myself getting hard, the air thick with unspoken promises as their bodies pressed closer, their heat igniting every nerve in me. This was only the beginning.
