Chapter 1: The Storm Breaks
The rain was a relentless drum against the roof of Neko’s beat-up sedan, the kind of midnight downpour that made the world feel like it was drowning. I, Ken, sat in the passenger seat, my legs crossed casually, staring out the window at the streaks of water racing down the glass. At eighteen, I’m no stranger to late-night drives with Neko, my clingy, puppy-dog of a best friend who’s usually begging for attention. But tonight, at nineteen, he was different—quiet, tense, his knuckles white on the steering wheel.
“You good over there, pup?” I teased, tossing him a sidelong glance, my voice sharp with playful mockery. “You’re acting like you’ve got a bone to bury.”
Neko didn’t laugh. His dark eyes flicked to me, a storm brewing in them that matched the one outside. “Ken, don’t start with me tonight,” he muttered, his voice low, almost a growl. It sent a shiver down my spine, but I wasn’t about to let him see that.
“Oh, come on, don’t be such a wet blanket. Or should I say, wet puppy?” I smirked, leaning back in my seat, daring him to bite back. I’ve always been the one to push his buttons, to keep him on his toes. I’m not some damsel waiting to be swept off her feet—I’m the one who does the sweeping.
But then, without warning, Neko snapped. His hand shot out, grabbing the lever on my seat and yanking it back hard. I gasped as the seat reclined fully, my body suddenly flat beneath his looming frame. “What the hell, Neko?!” I barked, my hands shoving at his chest as he climbed over the console, his body wedging between my legs. My heart raced, a mix of shock and something darker, hotter, curling in my gut.
“Stop playing games, Ken,” he hissed, his breath hot against my ear, his usually needy tone replaced with raw, unfiltered hunger. “You’ve been teasing me for too damn long.”
“Get off me, you idiot!” I snapped, pushing harder against his shoulders, but he was unmovable, a wall of lean muscle and determination. My nails dug into his arms, but he didn’t flinch. Instead, his hands moved with purpose, reaching down to fumble with his belt, the sound of metal clinking loud over the rain. I saw the flash of his bare ass as he shoved his pants down just enough, and my breath hitched despite myself.
“You don’t mean that,” he growled, his eyes locking with mine, daring me to keep fighting. “You’ve wanted this just as bad as I have.”
“Fuck you, Neko,” I spat, but my voice wavered, betraying the heat pooling low in my belly. I’m not weak, never have been, but the way he looked at me—like I was prey he’d finally caught—did something to me. My hands were still pushing, still resisting, but when his fingers hooked into the edge of my panties and tugged them aside, I froze for just a second too long.
And then he was there, pressing against me, hard and insistent. I bit my lip to stifle a sound as he pushed inside, the stretch sudden and overwhelming. “Neko—” I started, but my words cut off into a sharp gasp as he thrust deep, his grip tight on my waist, anchoring me beneath him.
“Say it again,” he panted, his voice rough, almost desperate, as he moved harder, faster, the car rocking with the force of it. “Tell me to stop, Ken. Fucking dare me.”
I glared up at him, my hands still on his shoulders, but my resistance was faltering, my body betraying me with every brutal, delicious thrust. “You’re such an asshole,” I hissed, but my voice was breathy, my resolve cracking like the thunder outside. My eyes darted to the window, the rain blurring the world beyond, as I felt myself slipping into a daze, overwhelmed by the heat, the friction, the raw need in every move he made.
Neko didn’t speak after that, just let out low moans and desperate whimpers, his body trembling with effort, sweat beading on his brow. I could feel him, every inch of him, driving into me, my own body responding despite my protests, wet and aching. His face hovered over mine, his mouth so close I could feel his ragged breaths, and I knew we were both teetering on the edge of something explosive, something neither of us could stop even if we wanted to.
