The sun beat down on the car as it sped down the winding country road, the endless fields of golden wheat stretching out on either side. Inside the car, Jake shifted uncomfortably in his seat, his face flushed.
His mother, Linda, glanced over at him, noticing his discomfort. "Everything okay, sweetie?" she asked, her voice full of concern.
Jake hesitated for a moment, before finally blurting out, "I need to...you know..."
Linda raised an eyebrow, confused. "What do you mean, you need to..."
Jake's face grew even redder, if that was possible. "I need to...ejaculate. It's a medical condition. If I don't, I could risk permanent damage."
Linda burst out laughing, unable to contain herself. "Oh my god, Jake! You almost gave me a heart attack!"
Jake scowled, offended. "It's not funny, mom! This is serious!"
Linda tried to compose herself, wiping tears from her eyes. "I'm sorry, honey. I'm just surprised, that's all. How can I help?"

Linda pulled the car over to the side of the road, turning off the engine. She looked at Jake with a serious expression. "Alright, kiddo. Let's get this over with."
Jake couldn't help but crack a smile at his mother's attempt to lighten the mood. Linda reached over and unzipped Jake's pants, wrapping her hand around his erection. Jake gasped at the sensation, his eyes fluttering shut.
Linda started to stroke him, using a firm grip. Jake moaned, his hips bucking up into her hand.
"You know, you could've warned me about this before we left," Linda said, playfully chiding him.
Jake laughed, opening his eyes. "I didn't think it would happen this soon."
Linda increased her speed, knowing he was close. "Come on, Jake. Let it go."
Jake's breathing became ragged, his body tensing up. Linda's hand moved faster, her grip tightening.
"Oh god, mom..." Jake moaned, his hips bucking harder.
Linda's voice grew low and sultry. "Let it go, Jake. Come for me."
Jake's body tensed up, and he ejaculated, moaning loudly. Linda continued to stroke him until he was finished.
Jake opened his eyes, panting heavily. Linda smiled at him and wiped her hand on a napkin.
