The air in Oliver Keen’s bedroom was thick with the scent of late-night mischief and the faint musk of old comic books. X-Men posters plastered every inch of the walls, their vibrant colors clashing with the chaotic sprawl of superhero blankets strewn across the bed. Amid the mess, Oliver found himself tangled in a deliciously dangerous web of mutant women he’d rescued just three nights ago from a seedy underground auction. Emma Frost, Rogue, Storm, Psylocke, Domino, Scarlet Witch, Polaris, Mystique, Jean Grey, and Dazzler—all powerful, all breathtaking, and all currently crowding his suburban New York bedroom with a mix of playful chaos and simmering heat.
Oliver’s lips were locked with Dazzler’s, her electric energy practically sparking between them as her fingers teased the back of his neck. Her kiss was a performance, dazzling and bold, leaving him dizzy. Around them, the others lounged on the bed or leaned against the walls, their banter as sharp as their abilities.
“Really, Dazzler, must you hog the poor boy?” Emma Frost drawled, her voice dripping with mock disdain as she adjusted her pristine white corset. “Some of us have been waiting for a taste of Oliver’s... heroics.”
Dazzler pulled back, smirking, her lips still inches from Oliver’s. “Oh, Emma, don’t be jealous. I’m just giving him a light show he’ll never forget. Right, sugar?” She winked at Oliver, who could only manage a flustered grin.
“Light show? Darlin’, you’re more like a disco ball with an ego,” Rogue quipped from her perch on the edge of the bed, arms crossed and a sly smirk on her lips. “If I touched him right now, I reckon I’d absorb a whole lotta glitter.”
Storm, standing regally by the window, let out a low chuckle, her silver hair catching the moonlight. “Careful, Rogue. You might absorb more than glitter if you get too close. Our young savior here seems... overwhelmed.” Her piercing gaze flicked to Oliver, a teasing challenge in her eyes.
Oliver cleared his throat, trying to regain some semblance of control. “I’m fine, really. Just, uh, enjoying the... company.”
“Company?” Psylocke scoffed, her katana resting casually against her shoulder as she leaned against a dresser. “We’re not a book club, love. You’ve got a veritable mutant harem up here, and you’re blushing like a schoolboy. Pathetic.”
“Hey, I’m not blushing!” Oliver protested, though the heat in his cheeks betrayed him.
“Oh, you are, darling,” Scarlet Witch purred, her voice laced with a dangerous allure as she twirled a strand of red energy between her fingers. “And it’s adorable. Makes me want to hex you into submission just to see how red you can get.”
Before Oliver could stammer out a response, a low rumble from outside shattered the charged atmosphere. Headlights flashed through the window as a car pulled into the driveway. The playful tension morphed into frantic energy in an instant.
“Bloody hell, that’s your parents, isn’t it?” Domino muttered, already diving for cover behind a pile of comics, her luck powers doing little to help in this particular gamble.
“Parents? Now?” Mystique hissed, her blue skin shifting to mimic the wall as she pressed herself against it. “Boy, you didn’t mention we’d be playing hide-and-seek with bigots tonight.”
Oliver scrambled to his feet, heart pounding. “Just... stay quiet, okay? I’ll handle this.”
“Handle it?” Polaris snapped, her magnetic energy crackling as she yanked a blanket over herself and Jean Grey. “If your daddy dearest comes up here, I’ll handle him with a steel pipe to the skull. I don’t do ‘quiet.’”
“Shh!” Oliver hissed as his mother’s voice echoed up the stairs.
“Oliver! Are you still awake up there? How’s that history paper coming along?” Emily Keen’s tone was casual, but it carried the weight of maternal suspicion.
“Uh, yeah, Mom! Almost done!” Oliver called back, forcing a steady voice as he tugged on a shirt. “Just... polishing the conclusion!”
Downstairs, his father Richard’s booming laughter rang out, followed by a cryptic remark. “Emily, wait ‘til you hear about the plan for the Friends of Humanity meeting tomorrow. It’s a game-changer!”
Oliver’s brow furrowed. Friends of Humanity? The anti-mutant hate group? He exchanged a wary glance with Storm, who narrowed her eyes, her expression hardening.
“Dinner’s in an hour, Oliver!” Emily added before her footsteps retreated to the kitchen.
Oliver exhaled, running a hand through his messy hair as he turned back to the women. “Okay, we’ve got an hour, but we need to be careful. My dad... he’s mixed up with some bad people. Anti-mutant types. We can’t let him see you.”
Polaris emerged from under the blanket, her green hair wild and her gaze smoldering with something far from fear. “Bad people, huh? Well, I’m worse. And speaking of bad...” She stepped closer, her presence magnetic in more ways than one as she backed Oliver against the wall. “I haven’t had my turn with you yet, hero. And I don’t like waiting.”
Oliver swallowed hard, his pulse racing as Polaris’s hand slid up his chest, her touch firm and unapologetic. “Uh, Lorna, maybe this isn’t the best time—”
“Wrong,” she cut him off, her voice low and commanding. “This is the perfect time. I’m not hiding under blankets while your mommy calls for dinner. I take what I want, when I want it. And right now, I want you.” Her lips curled into a wicked smile as she leaned in, her kiss fierce and possessive, her hands guiding his with an iron will.
Oliver’s protests melted under her intensity, his hands instinctively gripping her waist as she pressed herself against him. “You’re... not exactly subtle, are you?” he managed between breaths, earning a sharp laugh from her.
“Subtle’s for cowards, kid,” Polaris murmured against his ear, her voice a growl of desire. “I’m a force of nature. Keep up, or I’ll drag you along for the ride.”
The heat between them built, a storm of its own, until the bedroom door burst open with a gasp. Emily Keen stood frozen in the doorway, her eyes wide as saucers as she took in the sight of her son entangled with a green-haired woman—and the rest of the room filled with an assortment of scantily clad, clearly not-human women trying to look inconspicuous.
“Oliver James Keen!” Emily’s voice was a mix of shock and outrage. “What in God’s name is going on here?!”
Polaris didn’t flinch, casually stepping back with a smirk as she adjusted her top. “Relax, lady. Just a little... extracurricular activity. Your boy’s got good taste.”
Rogue couldn’t help herself, popping up from behind the bed with a grin. “Aw, sugar, don’t look so scandalized. We’re just keepin’ him warm. Ain’t that right, Ollie?”
Oliver groaned, covering his face with his hands. “Mom, I can explain—”
“You’d better!” Emily snapped, her cheeks flaming. “All of you, get dressed. Now. You’re coming downstairs for dinner, and Richard is going to hear about this. Move it!”
As Emily stormed out, the room erupted into a mix of stifled laughter and hurried movement. Oliver turned to Emma, Rogue, and Storm, his expression pleading. “Guys, I’m so screwed. What do I even say to my dad? He hates mutants. This is gonna be a disaster.”
Emma arched a perfectly sculpted brow, her telepathic presence a cool brush against his mind. “Darling, you’ve faced worse than an angry father. We’ll handle him. Though I must say, your family drama is almost as entertaining as your bedroom antics.”
Rogue slapped his shoulder, her grin teasing but her eyes warm. “Don’t worry, hon. If Daddy Dearest gets outta line, I’ll touch him just long enough to put him in his place. Ain’t no one messin’ with our boy.”
Storm placed a reassuring hand on his arm, her voice steady as thunder. “We stand with you, Oliver. Let your father rage. He’ll find no easy prey here. Now, let’s face this storm together.”
As they dressed, the tension in the room shifted from playful to palpable. Oliver led the group downstairs, each step heavier than the last. The clatter of dishes and Richard’s jovial humming drifted from the dining room, a stark contrast to the confrontation brewing. Oliver’s heart thudded in his chest. His father’s hatred for mutants was about to collide with the fierce, unapologetic women at his side—and he had no idea how any of them would survive the fallout.
