Miss Amelia smirked and replied, "I have many favorite books, Lucy. But I must say, I'm not easily impressed by someone who hasn't read at least a few classics."
The class erupted in laughter, and Lucy blushed at Miss Amelia's playful insult. She couldn't help but be drawn to her new teacher's sharp wit and intelligence.
Sarah, a smart and ambitious girl, tried to impress Miss Amelia by answering a difficult question. She succeeded, and Miss Amelia nodded in approval.
"Very good, Sarah. But I must ask, can you answer this one?" Miss Amelia asked, presenting Sarah with an even more difficult question.
Sarah accepted the challenge, but struggled to come up with the answer. The girls watched as Miss Amelia helped Sarah, their eyes filled with a mix of admiration and jealousy. They couldn't help but feel a little left out, as Miss Amelia's attention was focused solely on Sarah.
After class, the girls gathered around Miss Amelia, trying to flirt with her and impress her. But Miss Amelia wasn't easily swayed. She saw through their attempts and playfully insulted them, leaving the girls disappointed but amused.
As Miss Amelia left the classroom, she turned to the girls and said, "I'll see you all tomorrow. I'm looking forward to our next lesson."
