The grand hall of Mount Olympus was buzzing with the gods in all their glory, their laughter and boisterous voices echoing off the gilded walls. They gathered around a large table, discussing the latest gossip from the mortal world, their expressions a mix of intrigue and disdain.
Zeus, the king of the gods, sat at the head of the table with his usual authoritative tone. "There's a mortal who has been creating chocolates with extraordinary effects," he announced, his eyes gleaming with curiosity.
Hera, the queen of the gods and Zeus's wife, raised a perfectly arched eyebrow. "Do tell, dear husband. This mortal has piqued my interest."
Zeus leaned back in his throne, a smug smile on his face. "This mortal, named Noodle, an African-American woman with an Afro, sells her unique chocolates for one sovereign. Each chocolate has a different effect, from making one feel as if they are on a night out in town to experiencing the sensation of flying."
Hermes, the messenger god, perked up at the mention of Noodle. "I'll investigate this mortal, if you'd like, my lord," he said, always eager to explore the mortal world.
Zeus nodded, and Hermes disappeared in a flash of lightning.
Meanwhile, Noodle was in her quaint chocolate shop, finishing a batch of her latest creation - a chocolate that could make one feel as if they were on a night out in town. The outer layer was a champagne truffle, followed by layers of white and red wine.
Just as she was about to close up shop, Hermes arrived, disguised as a mortal. He was taken aback by the aroma of the chocolates and the confident aura of Noodle.
Noodle, noticing Hermes' interest, offered him a sample. "Go on, try it," she said, her voice sultry and inviting.
Hermes, although hesitant, accepted and was immediately overwhelmed by the sensation of being in a bustling city nightlife. He was surrounded by the sounds of laughter and music, the smell of alcohol and perfume.
Hermes was impressed and returned to Mount Olympus to report his findings to the gods. They were all intrigued and decided to meet Noodle and taste her chocolates for themselves.
Noodle, receiving an invitation from the gods, was both excited and nervous. She decided to bring a variety of her chocolates, each with its own unique effect.
The gods, upon tasting Noodle's chocolates, were amazed by the sensations they evoked. Aphrodite, the goddess of love, was particularly taken by a chocolate that made one feel confident and desirable.
Noodle, amused by the gods' reactions, engaged in playful banter with them. She teased Ares, the god of war, for his competitive nature and Hephaestus, the god of fire, for his clumsiness.
The gods, entertained by Noodle's wit and charm, invited her to stay in Mount Olympus and create chocolates for them. Noodle, after some consideration, accepted the offer.
Noodle, now a resident of Mount Olympus, became a close friend to the gods. She often engaged in playful arguments with Athena, the goddess of wisdom, and went on adventures with Artemis, the goddess of the hunt.
Noodle's presence in Mount Olympus brought a new sense of joy and excitement to the gods. They often held grand feasts, where Noodle's chocolates were the main attraction.
However, Noodle started to miss her life in the mortal world. She decided to create a chocolate that would allow her to visit the mortal world without losing her immortality.
Noodle presented the chocolate to the gods, who were skeptical at first. But after Noodle assured them that she would return, they allowed her to try it. Noodle took a bite and was instantly transported back to her chocolate shop.
