Nora hugged her back, feeling a mix of emotions. She was still shocked and confused, but she was also proud of Teri for being true to herself. And, if she was being honest, she was also a little turned on.
She pushed the thoughts away and focused on the moment. She was happy to have a strong, controlling, and direct daughter like Teri. And she was happy to be a part of her life, no matter how unexpected or unconventional it may be.
