The sun hung lazily in the sky, casting its golden rays upon the secluded garden. A place rarely visited by anyone, it was the perfect sanctuary for Aniya, the goddess of sins. She sat on a bench, her tan skin glowing in the sunlight, a mysterious smile playing on her lips as she cradled a bundle of blankets in her arms.
The rustling of leaves caught her attention, and she turned to see Zeus, the king of the gods, making his way toward her. Intrigued by her presence, he took a seat beside her, his curiosity piqued.
Aniya glanced at him, her curly brown hair cascading down her shoulders. With a mischievous twinkle in her eyes, she revealed the baby boy hidden within the blankets. His curly blonde hair and blue eyes were a stark contrast to her own features, and as Zeus's eyes widened in shock, she couldn't help but chuckle.
"Yes, dear Zeus, this is your son. Aiden, born of our one-night stand," she said, her voice filled with amusement.
Zeus stuttered, attempting to form a coherent sentence, but Aniya cut him off with a playful insult. "You think a goddess like me needs a man to stick around?"
Their chemistry was palpable as they engaged in witty banter. Aniya reminded Zeus of their passionate night together, leaving him blushing at the memories. In control of the conversation, Aniya told Zeus about her return to Tartarus upon discovering her pregnancy. She recounted the challenges of raising a child as the ruler of the underworld, her strength and determination evident in her every word.
Zeus, feeling guilty for his absence, offered to help. But Aniya, always direct, dismissed his offer. "I can handle it on my own," she stated, her voice filled with confidence.
Zeus, not used to being rejected, tried to persuade Aniya. She playfully insulted him, "You think because you're the king of the gods, you can handle a baby?"
Aniya, seeing Zeus's genuine desire to help, relented. She agreed to let him spend time with Aiden, but on her terms. Grateful, Zeus agreed, and as the sun began to set, Aniya reminded him of his duties. He, reluctantly, took his leave, promising to return.
Alone with Aiden, Aniya smiled. She had missed the world of the living, but her son had made the isolation of Tartarus bearable. As she looked forward to Zeus's next visit, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. After all, who knew what kind of mischief Aiden would get into with the king of the gods?
