The living room of the false adoption house was filled with an uncomfortable silence. The five Japanese girls, all around 13-14 years old, sat on the couch wearing nothing but Pampers diapers. They looked bored and annoyed, their faces expressionless as they stared off into space.
The seven boys, who were taking care of the girls, entered the room. They were all in their late teens and early twenties, dressed in casual clothes and with a smug look on their faces.
"Well, well, well, look who's still wearing diapers," one of the boys, named Taro, said with a sneer. "Looks like someone needs a change."
The girls rolled their eyes and stuck their tongues out at the boys in response. They had grown accustomed to the boys' playful insults, but it never failed to annoy them.
"Hey, Yumi, you're the worst diaper-wearer here," Ken, another one of the boys, said as he walked over to her. "You're going to have to be punished for it."
Yumi stood up and challenged Ken to a diaper-changing contest. The other boys laughed and cheered as Ken and Yumi started to undo each other's diapers.
The contest was intense, but in the end, Yumi won. Ken was disappointed, but the other boys told him that he'll have to pay the price for losing.
Ken reluctantly got on his knees in front of Yumi. Yumi took a bottle of lotion and started to rub it on Ken's face. The other boys started to chant "cum on her face" as Ken started to get aroused.
