Pink Tresses and Playful Tales: When Aphrodite's Ex Heats Things Up with Twins

Chapter One: The Gossip of Gods

The Palace of Brigitte, Goddess of Fun and Joy, was alive with laughter and joy, as its namesake lounged on a plush couch, surrounded by her loyal band of mischievous deities. Her light pink hair shimmered in the ethereal light, and her dark eyes sparkled with mischief.

"Guess who's pregnant again?" Brigitte giggled, unable to contain her excitement.

The room fell silent, all eyes on the entrance as Apollo, her handsome husband and God of the Sun, strode in. His golden aura illuminated the space, and his presence brought an added warmth to the already heated atmosphere.

Apollo raised an eyebrow, intrigued, "Who?"

Brigitte smirked, "Aphrodite, with twins this time!"

Apollo burst out laughing, a deep, hearty sound that filled the room. "She never learns, does she?"

Brigitte playfully rolled her eyes, "She's the Goddess of Love, not the Goddess of Responsibility."

Apollo, still chuckling, asked, "And who's the father this time?"

Brigitte grinned, "None other than her ex-husband, Hephaestus."

Apollo's laughter filled the room once more, "Well, that's one way to keep things in the family."

Brigitte tossed a pillow at Apollo, "Be nice, she's still a friend."

Apollo caught the pillow, "Alright, alright. But you have to admit, it's funny."

Brigitte couldn't help but laugh, "You're right, it is."

Apollo joined Brigitte on the couch, wrapping his arm around her. "But I'm glad we're not like that."

Brigitte snuggled closer, "Me too, my love. Me too."

They sat there, the two of them, the heart of the room, the center of the universe. And as they laughed and whispered, the world around them spun on, oblivious to the gossip of gods.
