Slick Surprise: Todoroki’s Tasty Temptation

### Chapter One: A Taste of Trouble

The U.A. High School training grounds were a battlefield of controlled chaos. Dust kicked up in swirling clouds as students unleashed their quirks in a mock rescue operation. Explosions from Bakugo’s palms echoed like thunder, while Uraraka floated debris with a flick of her fingers. Amidst the frenzy, Izuku Midoriya—better known as Deku—gritted his teeth, his Omega instincts warring with his desperate need to prove himself. Sweat beaded on his brow as he darted through the simulated disaster zone, green lightning crackling around his limbs from One For All.

He didn’t see the uneven patch of ground until it was too late.

“W-Whoa!” Deku yelped, his foot catching on a jagged ridge of earth. His momentum sent him spiraling forward, arms flailing like a windmill, straight into the path of Shoto Todoroki. The Alpha, poised with icy precision as he directed a wall of frost to shield a mock civilian, didn’t have time to react.

The collision was spectacularly awkward. Deku’s smaller frame slammed into Todoroki’s chest, sending them both tumbling to the ground in a tangle of limbs. A sharp gasp escaped Deku as a wave of stress-induced slick—damn his Omega biology—released in a mortifying burst. It smeared across Todoroki’s face as they hit the dirt, a glistening streak painting his pale cheek and dangerously close to his lips.

“Oh no, oh no, oh NO!” Deku squeaked, scrambling to untangle himself. His face burned hotter than Todoroki’s flames as he realized the full extent of the disaster. “T-Todoroki, I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean— I swear I didn’t—!”

Todoroki, still sprawled beneath him, blinked slowly, his heterochromatic eyes narrowing as he processed the situation. A faint shimmer of slick clung to his skin, and almost instinctively, his tongue darted out to swipe across his lower lip. The taste hit him like a shockwave—sweet, heady, with an undercurrent of something wild and unplaceable. His breath hitched, just enough for Deku to notice, and a dangerous spark ignited in his gaze.

“...Interesting,” Todoroki murmured, his voice low and deliberate, cutting through Deku’s frantic apologies like a blade. He didn’t move to wipe the rest of the slick away, instead letting it linger as if it were a challenge. “I didn’t expect... this kind of data from a training exercise.”

Deku froze, his hands still hovering awkwardly over Todoroki’s chest where he’d braced himself. “D-Data? W-What do you mean by that?!” His voice cracked, green eyes wide with panic and a creeping, inexplicable heat.

Todoroki’s lips twitched into the barest hint of a smirk, cold and calculating. “I mean,” he said, pushing himself up on one elbow so their faces were mere inches apart, “I’m going to need more to analyze. This flavor... it’s distracting.”

A choked noise escaped Deku’s throat, somewhere between a whimper and a protest. “T-Todoroki, this isn’t— I mean, you can’t just—!” He scrambled backward, nearly tripping over his own feet again as he shot upright. His heart thundered in his chest, torn between mortification and the way Todoroki’s piercing stare seemed to pin him in place.

Their classmates, oblivious to the electric undercurrent, erupted into laughter at the sight of their clumsy tumble. “Nice one, Deku!” Kaminari crowed, clutching his sides. “Didn’t know you were aiming to take down Todoroki with a full-body tackle!”

“Yeah, man, save the wrestling for after class!” Kirishima added with a toothy grin, oblivious to the tension radiating between the two.

“Shut up, you idiots!” Bakugo barked, though even he couldn’t hide the snicker in his tone. “Deku’s just proving he’s a clumsy damn Omega again. Pathetic.”

Deku’s face somehow managed to turn an even deeper shade of red, his hands flailing in a futile attempt to deflect the teasing. “I-It’s not like that! It was an accident, I swear!”

Todoroki, meanwhile, rose to his feet with the grace of a predator, brushing dirt off his uniform as if nothing had happened. But his eyes never left Deku, tracking every nervous twitch and stammer with unnerving intensity. “Accident or not,” he said coolly, his voice carrying a weight that made Deku’s knees weak, “you’ve caught my attention, Midoriya. That’s... rare.”

The words hung in the air, heavy with implication, as the training session resumed around them. Deku tried to focus on the exercise, but his mind was a whirlwind. Every time he glanced at Todoroki, the Alpha was watching him—silent, unreadable, but with a hunger in his gaze that made Deku’s pulse race for reasons he couldn’t quite name.

Hours later, as the class dispersed and the training grounds emptied, Deku lingered behind to gather his gear, still replaying the disaster in his head. He was so lost in thought that he didn’t notice Todoroki approaching until a shadow fell over him.

“Midoriya,” Todoroki said, his tone as commanding as ever. Deku jolted, nearly dropping his notebook as he spun around. The Alpha stood too close, his presence overwhelming, the faint scent of frost and ember mingling with something darker, more primal. “We need to talk. Privately.”

Deku’s mouth went dry, his grip tightening on his bag. “T-Talk? About what? I already said I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to—!”

“It’s not about apologies,” Todoroki interrupted, stepping closer still. His voice dropped to a near whisper, laced with something that sent a shiver down Deku’s spine. “It’s about what happened. What I tasted. I’m not done... exploring that.”

Deku’s breath caught, his mind racing with a mix of terror and a strange, forbidden curiosity. Todoroki’s gaze was unrelenting, a challenge wrapped in ice and fire, and for the first time, Deku wasn’t sure if he wanted to run—or if he wanted to stay and see just how far this trouble would take him.

“Meet me tonight,” Todoroki said, not a request but a demand, before turning on his heel and walking away. Deku stood frozen, the weight of those words sinking in, knowing full well that whatever came next, it was going to be anything but simple.
