The sun shone brightly over the wealthy neighborhood, illuminating the grand mansion that once belonged to Vivian. She drove by slowly, her eyes narrowing in on the property. Her ex-husband had taken everything from her - the mansion, the money, and even her daughter. But today, she was taking something back.
As she approached the mansion, she noticed a figure playing in the backyard. It was Lily, her ex-husband's daughter, a young girl with golden curls and a bright smile. Vivian's grip on the steering wheel tightened. She had a plan, and Lily was the key to it all.
Pulling up to the mansion, Vivian grabbed a gardening hat and gloves from the trunk of her car. She walked up to the front door, her heart pounding in her chest. She rang the doorbell, and the housekeeper answered.
"Hi, I'm the new gardener," Vivian said, flashing a charming smile. "I'm here to tidy up the backyard."
The housekeeper nodded and showed her the way. Vivian's eyes scanned the backyard, looking for Lily. There she was, playing with her dog. Vivian's pulse quickened as she approached the little girl.
"Hi, Lily!" Vivian called out, waving at her. "I'm your mother's friend. Do you remember me?"
Lily looked up, her eyes filled with curiosity. She approached Vivian, and Vivian's heart raced. This was it. She quickly grabbed Lily and covered her mouth with a chloroform-soaked cloth. Lily struggled, her eyes wide with fear, but soon passed out.
Vivian quickly put Lily in her car and drove off, just as the housekeeper came running out of the house. She could hear the sirens blaring in the distance, but she was already too far away.
She took Lily to her hideout, a secluded cabin in the woods. When Lily woke up, she was tied to a chair, her eyes filled with tears.
"Don't worry, Lily," Vivian said, her voice playful yet menacing. "I'm not going to hurt you. I need your help."
Lily glared at her, her voice shaking as she spoke. "You're a crazy old lady. Let me go!"
Vivian chuckled, amused by Lily's spirit. "I'm not old, and I'm not crazy. I have a plan, and you're a part of it."
Lily's eyes narrowed. "What plan?"
Vivian leaned in closer, her voice low. "I'm going to pretend to be your mother and take you to the bank to withdraw the inheritance money. And you're going to help me."
Lily's eyes widened. "No way. I'm not going to fall for your tricks."
Vivian sighed, her patience wearing thin. She smothered Lily with a pillow, just enough to make her pass out.
The next day, Vivian took Lily to the bank, pretending to be her mother. She withdrew the money and took Lily back to the cabin. When Lily woke up, she was still tied to the chair.
"Why are you doing this?" Lily asked, her voice trembling.
Vivian smiled, her eyes glinting with sinister delight. "Because I want you, Lily. I want you to be my own little doll."
Lily started to cry, her fear overwhelming her. Vivian chuckled, amused by the little girl's fear.
"Don't worry, Lily," she said. "We're going to have so much fun together."
