Chapter 1: Sparks in the Spirit Realm
The air in the Spirit Realm was thick with tension, a palpable heat that clung to the skin like a lover’s breath. Xiao Wu, with her lithe frame and piercing eyes, stood at the edge of the training grounds, her rabbit spirit aura pulsing with untamed energy. Tang San, ever the stoic tactician, adjusted his hidden weapons, his gaze flickering between focus and something darker, hungrier. Dai Mubai, the fierce White Tiger, lounged against a nearby tree, his muscular build barely contained by his torn shirt, a smirk playing on his lips as he watched the other two.
"So, little rabbit," Dai Mubai drawled, his voice a low growl, "you think you can keep up with us today? Or are you just here to tease?"
Xiao Wu spun on her heel, her long braid whipping through the air, a challenge gleaming in her eyes. "Tease? Please, Mubai. I could outlast you and Tang San combined. Question is, can that tiger spirit of yours handle a real fight… or something more?"
Tang San chuckled, a rare sound, as he stepped closer, his presence commanding yet laced with a subtle heat. "Careful, Xiao Wu. Keep talking like that, and we might test more than your combat skills."
Her lips curled into a sly grin, and she sauntered toward him, hips swaying with purpose. "Oh, Tang San, I’m counting on it. All that control you’ve got—let’s see how long it lasts when I’m in the ring."
Dai Mubai pushed off the tree, closing the distance between them, his eyes glinting with raw desire. "Enough banter. I say we skip the warm-up and get to the real challenge. Three of us, no rules, no holding back. What do you say, Xiao Wu? Think you can handle both of us at once?"
She laughed, sharp and confident, her gaze darting between the two men. "Handle you? I’ll have you both begging for mercy before the sun sets. Question is, can you keep up with me?"
The tension snapped like a taut string, and the three of them moved closer, the space between them shrinking to mere inches. Xiao Wu’s breath hitched as Tang San’s hand brushed her waist, his touch electric. Dai Mubai’s fingers grazed her jaw, tilting her chin up, his smirk now a full-blown predator’s grin.
"Let’s find out," Tang San murmured, his voice a velvet threat, as he pulled her against him, her body pressed to his hard frame. She felt the heat radiating from him, the promise of something wild beneath his calm exterior.
Dai Mubai leaned in, his lips hovering near her ear. "Don’t hold back, rabbit. I want to see you unleash everything."
Her pulse raced, a wicked thrill coursing through her as she pushed against Tang San’s chest, only to pull Dai Mubai closer by his collar. "Oh, I won’t. But you two better be ready. I don’t play nice."
Their laughter mingled, dark and hungry, as the world around them faded. Hands roamed, breaths grew heavy, and the training ground became their battlefield of desire. Xiao Wu’s skin flushed as Tang San’s fingers traced lower, igniting a fire she couldn’t ignore, while Dai Mubai’s growl vibrated against her neck. The promise of what was to come hung heavy—raw, untamed, and dripping with need.
