The Goddesses' Private Lounge in Mount Olympus was filled with the sweet scent of nectar and ambrosia as Brigitte, Aphrodite, Persephone, Hera, and Amphitrite lounged around, chatting and nibbling on the divine treats.
Brigitte, the goddess of fertility, shared her pregnancy cravings for sweets, and Hera quipped, "Your baby must have quite the sweet tooth."
Aphrodite, the goddess of love, revealed her own pregnancy from a one-night stand with Hephaestus, and the goddesses exchanged playful insults about Aphrodite's love life.
"Well, at least your baby will have a strong blacksmith for a father," Persephone said, grinning.
"And they'll be born with a silver spoon in their mouth," Hera added.
Persephone shared her cravings for fresh fruits and vegetables, and Amphitrite for seafood. The goddesses discussed their husbands' reactions to finding out they were pregnant.
Hera shared how Zeus was surprised but supportive, while Amphitrite mentioned how Poseidon was excited to have a son.
Brigitte talked about how Apollo has been doting on her, trying to cook her favorite meals. "But his cooking skills leave much to be desired," she said, laughing.
Aphrodite shared how Hephaestus was shocked but happy, while Persephone mentioned how Hades took the news stoically.
The goddesses laughed about their husbands' reactions and shared stories about how they've been since they got pregnant.
Persephone shared how Hades has been more attentive and affectionate, while Amphitrite mentioned how Poseidon has been trying to help her with her cravings.
"He even summoned a school of fish just for me," Amphitrite said, beaming.
Brigitte talked about how Apollo has been trying to help her with her cravings, but his attempts have been less than successful. "He tried to make me a cake, but it tasted like burnt honey," she said, shaking her head.
Aphrodite shared how Hephaestus has been making her special gifts, while Hera mentioned how Zeus has been more respectful.
"He even offered to carry the baby for me," Hera said, rolling her eyes.
The goddesses discussed the gender of their kids and the father's reactions.
Hera shared how Zeus was hoping for a boy, while Amphitrite mentioned how Poseidon was indifferent.
Brigitte revealed that she and Apollo are expecting a son, and the goddesses congratulated her.
"May your son be as strong and powerful as his father," Hera said, raising her glass.
"And as charming as his mother," Aphrodite added.
