Tall Tales: A Cougar's Guide to Unconventional Love and Protection

Chapter One: The Masculine Cougar

The cozy living room of the cougar's modern apartment was filled with the soft glow of the lamps, casting elongated shadows on the walls. The cougar, a strong and confident woman in her late 30s, sat on the couch, her legs crossed, engrossed in the pages of a book. Her boyfriend, a petite and cute young man, nervously paced around the room, his hands stuffed into the pockets of his jeans.

The cougar looked up from her book and observed him, a small smile playing on her lips. "What's bothering you, sweetheart?" she asked, her voice laced with amusement.

The boyfriend stopped pacing and looked at her, his eyes filled with insecurity. "I don't know if I can protect and provide for you like other men can," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

The cougar chuckled and closed her book, placing it on the coffee table. "Darling, I don't need a man to protect or provide for me. I'm with you because I want to be, not because I need you to give me anything."

The boyfriend looked at her, his eyes wide with surprise. "But there are so many men out there who could give you the things I can't."

The cougar stood up and walked over to him, placing a hand on his shoulder and looking him in the eyes. "I don't need a man to give me anything. I'm more than capable of taking care of myself. I chose you because I like the way you make me feel, not because of what you can give me."

The boyfriend looked up at her, feeling small and insignificant next to her. He sighed and relaxed a bit as she continued to reassure him.

"I know you feel insecure, but I'm here for you. I will always be here for you," she said, running her fingers through his hair.

The boyfriend looked up at her, feeling safe and loved. "I'm grateful for your words," he said, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his head on her chest.

The cougar felt a sense of protectiveness towards him and leaned down, kissing him deeply. As the kiss deepened, she gently pushed him onto the couch and climbed on top of him. She began to unbutton his shirt, her hands shaking with anticipation.

The boyfriend helped her remove his shirt and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her closer. He felt desired and loved, and he knew that he didn't need to be anyone else but himself. The cougar was with him because she wanted to be, not because of what he could give her. And that was all that mattered.
