Tan Lines and Titan Secrets: The Unconventional Conception of Hephaestus

Chapter One: The Feast of Sins

The Grand Feasting Hall of Tartarus was alive with the sounds of laughter and debauchery as the gods and goddesses of Olympus indulged in a night of indulgence and sin. At the head of the table, Aniya, the goddess of sins and ruler of Tartarus, regaled the guests with a scandalous tale, her voice dripping with amusement.

"And so, there I found her, the queen of the gods herself, in a compromising position with a mere mortal," Aniya said, a wicked glint in her eye.

But the merriment was suddenly interrupted by the scowling face of Hera, the queen of the gods, her expression twisted in suspicion.

"Aniya, what are you implying?" Hera demanded, her voice tight with anger.

Zeus, the king of the gods, leaned forward, his interest piqued. "Do tell, Aniya. I'm sure it's a fascinating story."

Aniya took a sip of her wine and smirked at Hera before resuming her tale. "Well, as I was saying, I found Hera in a rather... delicate situation. I couldn't help but drag her away, half-amused, half-exasperated by her antics."

Hera's face turned beet red as she begged Aniya not to reveal her indiscretion. "I beg of you, Aniya. Please, keep this between us."

Aniya agreed, but only on the condition that Hera leave the mortal behind. "I couldn't have the queen of the gods running around with mortals. It's just not seemly."

Aniya brought Hera back to her chambers and left her to stew in her own guilt. But little did she know, Hera had a trick up her sleeve. Eight weeks later, Hera discovered she was pregnant and lied to Zeus, saying the child was his.

Aniya couldn't help but roll her eyes at Hera's audacity, but she kept her silence. The child, Hephaestus, was born with tan skin and dark brown hair, much like Aniya's own features. She found it strange that neither Zeus nor Hera seemed to notice the child's Mexican heritage.

As the years passed, Hephaestus grew into a handsome and powerful god, much to Aniya's amusement. She couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in the child she had indirectly helped bring into the world, even if Hera would never admit the truth.

"Ah, Hephaestus. Such a strapping young god you've become," Aniya said, a twinkle in her eye.

Hephaestus blushed, his dark eyes meeting Aniya's. "Thank you, Aniya. I couldn't have done it without your help."

Aniya winked and took another sip of her wine. "Oh, Hephaestus. You have no idea."

The feast continued into the night, the gods and goddesses indulging in their sins and vices. But through it all, Aniya sat at the head of the table, a smug smile on her face as she watched over her own little secret.
