Chapter 1: The Trap of Temptation
Adam, a lanky fifteen-year-old with a heart too soft for the brutal trade of monster hunting, trudged across the jagged expanse of the Rocky Plains. His worn boots scuffed against stone, his net slung over his shoulder like a reluctant burden. He didn’t want this life—chasing beasts for coin—but the king’s bounty on the legendary bandit women was too tempting to ignore. A waterfall roared in the distance, its mist curling into the air like a siren’s whisper, and there, basking in the spray, were the creatures of myth themselves.
Ela, the dragon woman, lounged on a boulder, her black scales glinting like obsidian, her curves so lush they seemed carved from forbidden dreams. Megg, the shark woman, swam lazily in the pool below, her sharp teeth flashing in a predatory grin, her toned body slicing through the water. Orka, the killer whale woman, leaned against a rock, her sleek, powerful frame glistening with droplets, while Lu, the wolf woman, prowled the edge, her feral eyes scanning the horizon, her thick thighs flexing with every step. And then there was Mus, the snake woman, coiled nearby, her serpentine tail flicking playfully, her heavy breasts barely contained by the scraps of fabric she wore.
Adam’s breath hitched. They were monsters, yes, but their beauty was a weapon sharper than any blade. He fumbled with his net, his clumsy fingers trembling as he crept closer, heart pounding. ‘Just one throw,’ he told himself. ‘Catch them, get the gold, get out.’ But fate, as it often did, laughed in his face. The net snagged on a rock, and with a yelp, Adam tumbled forward, the mesh tangling around him like a lover’s embrace. He hit the ground hard, right at their feet.
Ela’s deep, smoky voice purred first. ‘Well, well, what do we have here? A little hunter, all wrapped up like a gift.’ Her clawed hand tilted his chin up, her golden eyes burning with amusement. ‘You thought you’d snare us, boy?’
Megg surfaced, water cascading off her sleek form as she smirked, her voice sharp as a fin. ‘Looks like the prey caught himself. How adorable. Should we eat him, girls, or keep him?’
Orka chuckled, low and resonant, crouching down to inspect him, her massive curves looming over his trapped form. ‘He’s too scrawny to eat. But those wide, scared eyes? I bet he’s got other uses.’
Lu growled softly, her wolfish grin predatory as she circled him, her fluffy tail brushing his cheek. ‘Smells like innocence. I like breaking that. What’s your name, pup?’
‘A-Adam,’ he stammered, cheeks flaming as Mus slithered closer, her tongue flicking out to taste the air near his face. Her voice was a sultry hiss. ‘Adam, hmm? You’re ours now, sweetling. A pet for the pack. Be a good boy, and we might just spoil you.’
Ela’s grip tightened on his chin, her tone dipping into something dangerous yet enticing. ‘Struggle, and we’ll tie you tighter. Behave, and you’ll learn how monsters play. What’ll it be, little hunter?’
Adam’s mind raced, his body already betraying him with a heat he couldn’t name, trapped under their commanding gazes. He was their captive, their toy, and as their hands began to roam—Ela’s claws teasing his collar, Megg’s webbed fingers tracing his thigh—he knew escape was the last thing on his mind. The waterfall’s roar drowned out his shaky breaths as Lu leaned in, her hot breath on his ear. ‘Let’s see how long it takes to make you beg, pup.’
Their laughter echoed, a chorus of dominance and desire, as the air grew thick with promise. Adam’s world was about to unravel in ways he’d never dared to dream.
