Tentmates: A Playful Game of Strip Poker Turns Competitive under the Starlight

Chapter One: First Night in the Woods

The family and Philippe's family were all settling into the tent for the night. The air was filled with the sounds of rustling sleeping bags and the occasional yawn. Vous and Philippe were reminiscing about old times while setting up the sleeping arrangements.

"Remember that time we got lost in the woods and had to spend the night in that old cabin?" Philippe said, chuckling.

Vous rolled her eyes, but she couldn't help but smile. "Yes, I remember. You were so scared, you wouldn't even go near the window."

Maeva and Jessica were playing a tickling game, giggling and whispering to each other. Vous playfully scolded them for being too loud.

"Hey, you two, cut it out. It's time to go to sleep," Vous said.

Jessica pouted and said, "You're no fun, Vous."

Philippe chuckled and said, "Now, now, Jessica. Vous is just trying to keep the peace."

Vous rolled her eyes and said, "I'm not your mom, Philippe. I don't have to keep the peace."

Philippe laughed and said, "You're right, you're not my mom. But you're the closest thing I have to one."

Vous smiled and said, "Well, I'll try to be a good one then."

Maeva and Jessica were still wide awake, talking and playing with their flashlights. Vous told them again to go to sleep, but this time with a stern tone.

"I mean it, girls. Go to sleep," Vous said.

Jessica said, "Fine, we'll go to sleep. But only if you tell us a story."

Vous groaned and said, "Fine, I'll tell you a story. But only if you promise to go to sleep after."

Maeva and Jessica agreed and settled down. Vous began to tell a story about a brave princess who goes on a dangerous adventure to save her kingdom.

"Once upon a time, in a far-off land, there was a beautiful princess named Isolde. She was strong and fierce, and she was determined to protect her kingdom from the evil sorcerer who threatened it.

One day, the sorcerer cast a spell on the kingdom, turning all of the people to stone. Isolde knew that she had to do something to save them. She set out on a dangerous journey through the woods, fighting off monsters and villains along the way.

Finally, she reached the sorcerer's castle. She snuck inside, avoiding the guards and traps. She found the sorcerer in his throne room, and she challenged him to a duel.

The sorcerer was powerful, but Isolde was stronger. She defeated him, and the spell was broken. The people of the kingdom were freed, and they hailed Isolde as a hero.

From that day on, Isolde was known as the bravest and most powerful princess in the land. And she lived happily ever after."

Maeva and Jessica were asleep before Vous even finished the story. She smiled and looked over at Philippe.

"I guess I'm still a bit of a mom, huh?" Vous said.

Philippe laughed and said, "Yes, you are. And we're lucky to have you."

Vous smiled and settled down to sleep, feeling content and happy. The night in the woods was turning out to be a lot more fun than she had expected.
