The boys' secret clubhouse in the woods was usually filled with the sounds of Jake and Max's laughter and banter. But today, the air was still and quiet. That was, until they heard the faint sound of a child's voice singing a nursery rhyme.
"Hey, you hear that?" Jake asked, tilting his head towards the sound.
Max nodded, "Sounds like a kid."
The two teenagers followed the sound, pushing through the thick brush until they came across a small clearing. There, they found a little boy, no older than six or seven, playing house by himself.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Jake said, approaching the boy with a smirk.
The boy, who introduced himself as Sam, looked up at them with wide eyes. "I'm just playing," he said, defensively.
Max chuckled, "Playing by yourself? That's no fun. How about you play with us?"
Sam hesitated, looking back and forth between the two boys. "What kind of game do you want to play?"
Jake and Max exchanged a mischievous glance before turning back to Sam. "We'll pretend you're our baby," Jake said, grinning.
Sam's eyes widened even further. "What? That's weird."
But Max chimed in, "Come on, it'll be fun. And we'll pay you $5."
Sam's eyes lit up at the mention of money. He was always looking for ways to earn a few extra bucks. "Okay, fine. But what do I have to do?"
Jake and Max started stripping Sam's clothes off, and Sam protested, "Hey, what are you doing?"
"We need to dress you up for the role," Max explained, as they pulled off Sam's shirt and pants.
Sam stood there in his underwear, feeling self-conscious as Jake and Max took a moment to admire his small, cute body. He blushed, embarrassed by their stares.
"Look at those legs," Jake said, chuckling.
"And that tiny wiener," Max added, making Sam roll his eyes.
"You guys are perverts," Sam said, playfully insulting them.
Jake and Max explained that, to diaper their baby, the baby had to be naked first. Sam reluctantly agreed, feeling vulnerable as Jake and Max removed his underwear.
As they gathered baby supplies: diapers, baby powder, and a pacifier, Sam watched, curious about what was to come. Jake and Max sprinkled baby powder on Sam's bottom, making him giggle.
"You guys are so clumsy," Sam said, as they carefully put a diaper on him, securing it with tape.
Sam felt strange, but also a little excited as Jake and Max gave him a pacifier, and he playfully sucked on it, making Jake and Max laugh.
They admired their "baby" one last time, and Sam blushed again. Jake and Max paid Sam the agreed $5, and Sam thanked them, already thinking about the next game they could play.
As they walked back to the clubhouse, Jake and Max couldn't help but tease Sam about his new "baby" status.
"Hey, baby, do you need a diaper change?" Max asked, making Jake and Sam laugh.
Sam playfully punched Max's arm, "Shut up, you idiot."
But deep down, Sam couldn't deny that he had fun playing along. Maybe being a baby wasn't so bad after all.
