Lika’s tiny voice squeaked up, defiant even at two inches tall. 'Relax, Sveta! It wears off in an hour. But… let’s have some fun. Pick us up!'

Svetlana rolled her eyes but complied, her fingers gently scooping them up. 'You’re both nuts. Where do I even put you?' She held them near her face, her full lips curling into a smirk. 'Don’t tempt me to swallow you whole.'

Lika laughed, her voice a tiny chime. 'Sveta, don’t be boring. Pop us in your mouth for a sec. Let’s see how wild this gets.'

Svetlana’s eyes narrowed, but a flush crept up her neck. 'You’re both begging for trouble.'
