The room was dimly lit, casting long shadows that danced along the plush carpet. A single chair sat in the center, inviting and expectant. Lena entered the room, her heels clicking against the hardwood floor before they sank into the soft carpet. She took a seat in the chair, crossing her legs in a slow, deliberate motion.
