The sun beat down on the training grounds of Camp Half-Blood, sweat dripping from the brows of the campers as they sparred and trained. Among them was Selina, a 17-year-old daughter of Aphrodite, who was locked in combat with her friends from the Aphrodite cabin. Her grace and strength were unmatched, a testament to her fierce warrior spirit despite her mother's influence.
Charles, a 17-year-old son of Hephaestus, watched from the sidelines, his eyes never leaving Selina. He admired her from afar, crafting a miniature statue of her in his free time, a token of his affection. He was about to approach her when she noticed him and waved him over.
Selina pulled Charles aside, away from the prying eyes of her cabin mates. She hesitated for a moment, then blurted out, "Charles, I'm pregnant." She looked at him nervously, waiting for his reaction.
Charles was taken aback, but quickly recovered. He took Selina's hands in his and said, "We'll figure this out together, Selina. I'll always be here for you."
Selina smiled, relieved. She leaned in and kissed Charles, grateful for his support. As they pulled away, Selina noticed a group of Aphrodite cabin mates staring at her. She realized they must have overheard.
One of the girls, a son of Demeter, smirked and said, "Well, well, well. Looks like someone's been busy."
Selina rolled her eyes and retorted, "At least I'm not stuck in a cabin full of plant-obsessed weirdos."
The Demeter son laughed and said, "At least we don't have to worry about our boyfriends cheating on us with other gods."
Selina's cheeks flushed, but she stood her ground. "At least my boyfriend actually cares about me, not just my looks."
The Demeter son opened her mouth to respond, but was interrupted by the Aphrodite cabin leader. The leader looked at Selina with a mixture of concern and curiosity. "Is it true, Selina? Are you pregnant?"
Selina nodded, bracing herself for the reaction. The leader smiled and said, "Congratulations, Selina. We'll support you through this."
