The dining room of Brigitte and Apollo’s palace was a vision of elegance and opulence. The table was set with gleaming gold and pink tableware, the colors a perfect match for Brigitte’s light pink hair and dark eyes. A smile played on her lips as she thought about the evening ahead.
The god of the sun, Apollo, entered the room, his bronze skin gleaming in the fading light. He helped Brigitte with the final touches, exchanging playful insults about each other’s perfection. “You know, my love, you’re not as beautiful as me,” Apollo said, a smirk on his face.
Brigitte rolled her eyes, “And you, my dear, are not as charming as you think you are.”
Just as they finished setting the table, Aphrodite, the goddess of love, arrived with Hephaestus, the god of fire, in tow. Aphrodite’s blonde hair and blue eyes stood in stark contrast to Hephaestus’s tan skin and dark brown hair.
As they all sat down for dinner, Brigitte couldn’t help but notice the tension between Aphrodite and Hephaestus. She gave Apollo a knowing look, and they quietly excused themselves to the kitchen.
From the kitchen, Brigitte and Apollo couldn’t help but eavesdrop on the arguing couple. Aphrodite accused Hephaestus of being clumsy and unattractive, while Hephaestus insisted that their one-night stand was a mistake.
Brigitte couldn’t help but chuckle at the situation. She whispered to Apollo, “Looks like our guests have some unfinished business to attend to.”
Apollo grinned, “Indeed, my dear. Perhaps we should give them some privacy.”
Brigitte nodded, and they exited the kitchen, leaving Aphrodite and Hephaestus to their heated argument.
Back in the dining room, Brigitte and Apollo engaged in light-hearted conversation, trying to ignore the tension in the next room. But as the night wore on, Brigitte noticed that Aphrodite had gone quiet. She looked at Hephaestus, who seemed lost in thought.
Brigitte leaned in and whispered to Apollo, “I think it’s time for us to retire for the night. Let’s leave our guests to sort out their differences.”
Apollo agreed, and they stood up from the table. Brigitte gave Aphrodite and Hephaestus a polite nod before leaving the room.
As they walked down the hallway, Brigitte turned to Apollo and said, “Well, that was an interesting dinner party. I wonder what will happen between Aphrodite and Hephaestus.”
Apollo laughed, “Only time will tell, my dear. Only time will tell.”
Brigitte smiled, already looking forward to the next adventure. She couldn’t help but feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that she and Apollo had the power to bring people together, even if it was just for one night of passion. And if it ended in regret, well, that was just the risk you took when you played with the gods.
