When the God of Sun Stole My Toddler: A Playful Tale of Bedtime Betrayal and Blonde-Haired Babies

Chapter One: “One More Night”

The first rays of the morning sun had barely begun to creep into the bedroom when Brigitte, the pink-haired goddess of joy and fun, stirred in her bed. She turned to her side, her dark eyes locking onto the chiseled features of Apollo, the god of the sun, who was still sound asleep next to her.

Brigitte couldn’t help but admire the way the sunlight danced on Apollo’s skin, highlighting the muscles that rippled beneath. But as much as she wanted to stay in bed and enjoy the view, she knew that they couldn’t put it off any longer.

“Apollo,” Brigitte said, her voice laced with determination as she placed a hand on her hip. “I’ve been thinking. It’s time for Solace to start sleeping in his own bed.”

Apollo groaned, running a hand through his hair as he rolled over to face her. “Do we have to, Brigitte?” he asked, his voice thick with sleep. “He’s just a baby.”

Brigitte rolled her eyes playfully. “He’s a year old, Apollo. It’s time.”

Apollo knew that he couldn’t win this argument. With a resigned sigh, the two of them got out of bed and made their way to Solace’s room.

Brigitte tucked Solace in, kissing him on the forehead as she pulled the blankets up to his chin. She turned to Apollo with a stern look. “Remember, he’s sleeping in his own bed tonight.”

Apollo nodded, and Brigitte made her way back to their bedroom. She laid in bed, trying to fall asleep, but she couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off.

At 3:45 am, Brigitte was awoken by a feeling of panic. She sat up in bed, her heart racing as she looked around the room. She couldn’t find Solace. She jumped out of bed and ran to Solace’s room, but he was not there.

She began to search the house, calling out Solace’s name as she went. She made her way to Apollo’s bedroom and flung open the door.

There, lying in Apollo’s arms, was Solace, sound asleep. Brigitte let out a sigh of relief, but she couldn’t help but feel slightly annoyed.

“Apollo, we agreed he would sleep in his own bed,” Brigitte said, crossing her arms as she tried to keep the annoyance out of her voice.

Apollo looked up at Brigitte, a mischievous smile on his face. “I just wanted one more night with him,” he said, stroking Solace’s curly blonde hair.

Brigitte couldn’t help but smile at the sight. “Fine,” she said, making her way back to her own bed. “But this is the last time.”

As she laid in bed, she couldn’t help but think about how lucky she was to have Apollo and Solace in her life. She drifted off to sleep, a content smile on her face.

As the sun rose, Brigitte woke up to find Apollo already gone. She smiled, knowing that he was out there, bringing light and warmth to the world. She got out of bed and made her way to Solace’s room, where she found him awake and smiling up at her.

“Good morning, Solace,” she said, picking him up and holding him close. “Did you have a good night’s sleep?”

Solace cooed and giggled, and Brigitte couldn’t help but feel her heart swell with love. She knew that there would be challenges ahead, but she also knew that as long as she had Apollo and Solace by her side, they could face anything together.

The end.
