The grand hall of Tartarus was alive with the sounds of laughter and debauchery as the gods and goddesses of Olympus gathered for the Feast of Sins. At the head of the table, Aniya, the goddess of sins and ruler of Tartarus, held court. Her scarlet hair cascaded down her back in wild waves, and her crimson lips curved into a wicked smile as she regaled the guests with a scandalous tale.
"And then, I found her," Aniya purred, her voice dripping with sinful delight. "The queen of the gods, caught in a compromising position with a mere mortal."
A hush fell over the crowd as Aniya's words hung in the air. But just as the tension became unbearable, Hera, the queen of the gods herself, interrupted with a scoff.
"Aniya, you always did have a flair for the dramatic," Hera said, her voice laced with venom. "But I assure you, your tale is nothing but a pack of lies."
Aniya's eyes flashed with amusement as she turned to Hera. "Oh, do enlighten us, dear Hera. I'm sure we'd all love to hear your version of the story."
Zeus, the king of the gods, leaned forward, intrigued. "Yes, Hera, do tell. I'm sure Aniya's tale is nothing but a misunderstanding."
Hera's face reddened as she glared at Aniya. But she couldn't back down now, not with all of Olympus watching. So, she took a deep breath and began her own tale.
"It's true, I was with a mortal," Hera admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "But it was nothing more than a moment of weakness. And when I discovered I was with child, I knew I had to tell Zeus the truth."
Aniya couldn't help but chuckle at Hera's words. "Oh, please. You expect us to believe that Zeus, the mighty king of the gods, would father a child with such... obvious differences in appearance?"
Hera's face fell as Aniya's words cut through the air. But she held her ground, refusing to back down. "It's the truth, I swear it. Hephaestus is Zeus's child, just as much as any of the others."
Zeus furrowed his brow as he examined Hephaestus, who stood before the gods with his tan skin and dark brown hair. Aniya couldn't help but chuckle at the sight, earning her a glare from Hera.
But as the seconds ticked by, it became clear that Hera's lies were unraveling before her very eyes. And when Zeus finally spoke, his voice was laced with disappointment.
"Hera, how could you?" he said, his voice booming through the grand hall. "You lied to me, to all of Olympus. And for what? To protect a secret that should have never been kept?"
Hera's face fell as she realized the truth of her actions. But Aniya couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction at the sight. After all, it wasn't every day that the queen of the gods was brought down a peg or two.
And as the Feast of Sins continued, Aniya knew that she had solidified her place as the goddess of sins, the ruler of Tartarus, and the most feared and respected goddess in all of Olympus.
