White Hair, Blue Eyes: The Unconventional Queen's Seduction of the New King

Chapter One: A Royal Reunion

The Royal Hospital was usually a place of healing and comfort, but today it felt like a prison to Alice. Her white hair spread out on the pillow like a halo, and her blue eyes darted around the room, unable to find peace. She was a prisoner of her own mind, reliving memories she wished she could forget.

The sound of the door slamming open startled Alice, and she let out a scream. The guards burst into the room, their faces stern and unyielding. But it wasn't them Alice was afraid of. It was the person they announced.

"The new king has arrived."

Alice's heart raced as she remembered the man who took the throne after her father's death. She began to scream, her mind spiraling out of control as she was overwhelmed by the memories of her past.

The king entered the room, his eyes meeting Alice's for the first time in over a year. Alice's mind continued to race, her thoughts a jumbled mess of fear and anger. She hurled insults at him, calling him a usurper and a murderer.

The king took it in stride, a small smile playing on his lips as he listened to Alice's tirade. Alice's screams attracted the attention of the hospital staff, who rushed into the room to restrain her.

The king watched as Alice was forcibly restrained, his heart heavy with guilt and sadness. He approached her, whispering soothing words in her ear as he tried to calm her down. Alice's struggles gradually subsided, her breathing slowing as she began to relax in the king's presence.

"How dare you show your face here," Alice spit out, her voice filled with venom. "You have no right to be here."

The king chuckled, his smile never faltering.

"I think I have every right to be here," he responded, his voice gentle and calm. "I am the king, after all."

Alice snorted, rolling her eyes.

"You may be the king, but you are no ruler," she said, her voice filled with contempt. "You are nothing but a usurper, a murderer."

The king's smile faltered for a moment, but he quickly recovered.

"I may have taken the throne, but I did not murder your father," he said, his voice firm. "He was killed in battle, by the very man who took over the kingdom after him."

Alice's eyes widened in shock.

"What are you talking about?" she asked, her voice filled with disbelief.

The king sighed, taking a seat next to Alice's bed.

"Your father was a tyrant, Alice," he said, his voice gentle. "He ruled with an iron fist, and many people suffered under his rule. When he was killed in battle, the people rose up and overthrew his regime. I was one of the leaders of the rebellion, and I was chosen to rule in his place."

Alice's mind reeled as she tried to process the king's words.

"But why was I held in the dungeon for a year?" she asked, her voice trembling.

The king's smile faded, his expression becoming serious.

"You were held in the dungeon because you were a reminder of your father," he said, his voice gentle. "The man who took over the kingdom after your father's death wanted to erase all traces of him, and you were the most obvious reminder. I am sorry for what happened to you, Alice. I wish I could have prevented it."

Alice's heart ached as she listened to the king's words. She knew that he was telling the truth, and she felt a sudden surge of gratitude towards him.

"Thank you," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion.

The king smiled, his heart lightening as he saw the change in Alice's demeanor.

"You are welcome, Alice," he said, his voice gentle. "I am glad that I could finally tell you the truth."

Alice nodded, her mind at peace for the first time in over a year. She knew that she still had a long road to recovery, but she was no longer alone. She had the king by her side, and she knew that she could face anything with him by her side.

Their relationship was far from traditional, but it was genuine and strong. Alice, the once-captive princess, was now a free woman, with a powerful ally by her side. And the king, once a rebel leader, was now a respected ruler, with a loyal subject by his side.

Together, they would face the challenges of the kingdom, and maybe, just maybe, they would find love along the way. But for now, they were content with their newfound understanding and respect for each other. They had a long journey ahead, but they were ready to face it, hand in hand.
